RSPduoでMAP65を動作させる試み

　10月21日のブログでは、SDRplyaのRSPduoでRSPduoEME.exeを動作させるとエラーになってしまう！と書きましたが、その後に進展があり、動作するようになりました。

　GitHubを見ると、RSPduoEME.exeの直近のアップデートが1ヵ月前にあったことを見て、作者であるG3EEVにメールを書いて相談したところ、直ぐに返事がありました。何回かやり取りした後で、RSPunoをインストールしたところ正常に動作するようになりました。私は、SDRplayの2波同時受信できるSDRconnetをインストールしてハードウェアのチェックをしていたのですが、どうもこれが間違いのもとだったようです。

I'm trying to run MAP65 with RSPduoEME.

I bought RSPduo recently, and I've tryed SDR connect. It works fine.

When I start RSPduoEME, it shows that no device found. Please see the attached file.

What do you think is the cause?

I have experience receiving EME signals with MAP65 using AFE822xSDR-VHFx2, so I have some knowledge of how to use Linrad.

I'm sure you have tried this, but check the USB is connected and reboot the PC.
You are the first to report you are using the latest RSP software and Connect. I suspect that the latest version of the RSP API has an issue? If possible can you try to download a previous version of the API and save in the RSPduoEME directory, that may work.
I am away from home at the moment, but will look into this when I return next week. Please keep me informed, I want to fix this.

Hi David,

I've unistalled API ver3.09 and then I install API ver3.07.

However, the result after involk the RSPduoEME.exe was the same.

Insted "SDRplay API version 3.07 found"

Sorry that didn't work. RSP duo is communicating with the API, but the API is not communicating with the RSPduo? Have you tried the RSPduo with SDRuno?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I've never run the RSPduo but I've run SDR connect which is a new dual radio software, to ensure the hardware works fine.

Is there any method to involk the API thread?

I'm not familiar with Sdr Connect, it quite new. If you can install SDR Uno (free from sdr play) and check it works with the RSPduo, it would verify that the API and the RSPduo are working.

It becomes work fine after installing the SDRuno for Windows 10.

I had already installed SDRconnect as you know, but this was the first time I had installed SDRuno.
I did not uninstall both  the SDRconnect and the API.

The SDRuno package was installing the API again in the same directory during installation.

I involked the SDRuno first, It woked fine with RSPduo hardware.

Then, I'd terminated the SDRuno, and I involk RSPduoEME.exe.

It seemed work fine. Please the snapshot of the RSPduoEME from the attched file.

I'm very happy that it works as you described.

I would like to watch EME signals with MAP65 soon, it will be within a week.
