棒餃子

今日の晩ごはんは棒餃子です。まず完成して皿に盛り付けた写真です。次はホットプレートで焼いている写真、以下焼く前、皮で材料を包んだところ、皮の作成、中に詰め込んだ野菜や肉の写真です。工程を逆にたどりました。

今天的晚飯是棒餃子。 首先完成後裝盤的照片。 接下來是用熱板烤的照片，下麵是在烤之前，用皮包好資料的地方，製作皮，裡面塞滿蔬菜和肉的照片。 工程逆轉了。

Today's supper is stick Chinese meat dumplings. First it's completed and is the picture dished up in a dish. Before baking the picture which is being baked by an electric cooking plate in the following next, the material has been just wrapped in leather, while leather is making it, it's a picture of the packed vegetables and meat. A process was traced to the reverse.

マンサクの花

マンサクの花が咲きました。今朝目覚めたら辺り一面うっすら雪化粧でした。この冬二番目の降雪です。

午後から晴れ間も出てきたので近くの名古屋市農業センターまでウォーキングに出かけました。

まだまだ雪がちらつく日もありますが春になったらまず咲く花と言われている可憐なマンサクの花が咲きました。

繡球花開了。 今天早上醒來，發現周圍一片銀裝素裹。 今年冬天下第二場雪。

下午開始天氣晴朗，所以去附近的名古屋市農業中心散步了。

雖然有時還會有雪花紛飛的日子，但到了春天首先開花的可愛的繡球花就開了。

A flower of a witch hazel bloomed. If I woke up this morning, one vicinity was a coat of snow dimly. A snowfall in the second of this winter. A lull in the rain has also come out from the afternoon, so I have gone out to a walking to the Nagoya-city agricultural center around here. There was also a day when we still have a light snow, but if spring came, a flower of the pretty witch hazel said to be the flower which blooms first bloomed.

立春の散歩道

立春の散歩道です。

たくさんの花たちが咲いたりつぼみを膨らませたりしていました。

福寿草はほころびかけ、蝋梅はすでに満開でした。

白木蓮は白い花びらが見えそうでした。

私の足取りは心なしかいつもより軽やかでした。

立春的散步道。

很多的花開了，花蕾也鼓了起來。

福壽草開始綻放，蠟梅已經盛開。

白木蓮好像能看見白色的花瓣。

我的脚步也許是無心的，比平時輕快。

An alameda on the first day of the spring. A lot of flowers bloomed, and a bud could be inflated. The pheasant's eye was going to come unsewn and the Japanese allspice was in full bloom already. A white magnolia seemed to see a white petal. My gait was lighter than usual slightly.

今日は立春

今日は立春です。しかし特別の朝ごはんではありません。栄養バランスと見た目に拘ったいつもと同じようなメニューです。

それとなんでも自分で作ってみたいという好奇心満載の献立です。

今天是立春。
但是不是特別的早飯。 營養平衡和外觀都和平時一樣的選單。
還有就是什麼都想自己做，充滿好奇心的選單。

Today is the first day of the spring. But it isn't special breakfast. The menu like usual when I stuck to nutrient balance and the appearance. And it's a menu of the curiosity filling with which I'd like to make everything by myself.

牧野ヶ池緑地公園

牧野ヶ池緑地公園まで徒歩で行きました。我が家から約５kmの距離があります。往復で10km約３時間かかりましたが歩いて行くと途中いろいろな発見がありました。このお寺は昔ここにお城があったそうです。

徒步去了牧野池綠地公園。 離我家大約有5km的距離。 往返需要10km左右3小時，走著去的話途中有各種各樣的發現。 聽說這個寺廟以前這裡有城堡。

I went to Makinogaike greenpark on foot. There is about 5 km of distance from my home. It took about 3 hours for 10 km by a round trip, but when I walked, the way had various discovery. It's said that a castle was here before in this temple.
