The Hudson Institute, the Committee for Human Rights in North Korea (HRNK), and the Government of Japan hosted the seminar that addressed the abduction of Japanese, South Korean, American and nationals of other countries by North Korea.

“North Korea to me is a cancer on the earth and if we ignore this cancer, it’s not going to go away. It’s going to kill all of us. We don’t even know we have this cancer so that’s why I talk,” Warmbier said.

I will keep talking until there’s change but it’s never easy for me but the Japanese here have suffered long enough and I’m just honored that they include me.”

当日の記事であるが、
防衛省は４日、北朝鮮が数発の飛翔体を発射したとの報道を受けて「わが国領域や排他的経済水域（ＥＥＺ）への弾道ミサイルの飛来は確認されておらず」

っていうんだけど、発射されたことは報道以外の独自の監視で確認できていたんだろうか？

He concludes that the “strange survival” of the dynasty was due to the fact that Japanese emperors combined sanctity with passivity to such an extent that they were “too subservient to rule, but too sacred to be deposed.” These conclusions are based on his study of how the emperors behaved over the centuries.

The author has much to say about the divinity of the emperors. He points out that in Japan the “kami,” which is generally translated as “god,” were transcendental beings. The term could be applied to any dead person, object or natural phenomenon. He notes the differences between the divinity ascribed to Japanese emperors to that ascribed to the pharaohs in ancient Egypt and notes the stress laid in Europe on the “divine right of kings” resulting from their claim to be God’s representative on earth carrying out His orders.

The emperor in Japan was not the representative of the kami but “an intermediary between the people and the gods.” He was venerated but not worshipped.


天皇は、神ではなく、カミと人間の仲介者であって、天皇制が連綿と続いてきたのは、権力に服従しつつも、カミガミとつながっているという意味で神聖性があったからだ、と。

　天皇の正当化根拠というのは、以前は、カミガミと人間との仲介者というカリスマ性にあったのかもしれんが、現代では国民の総意にあるわけで、女系だろうが、男女交代だろうが、問題は、そうした天皇について国民の総意なり支持があるか、であって、それがなければ、もはや、天皇の権威も、正統性根拠もなくなる。


　国民の明示、暗示の支持なしに、燦然と輝く天皇の権威というものがあるわけでもない。

　竹田氏のような人物がいる旧宮家にはたいていの国民の支持もなく、復活がありえないと思われている所以でもある。

回教徒にも白人にも過激なテロリストはいる。

Synthetic testosterone is justly banned from Canadian and international sports (except for approved therapeutic purposes). If taken carefully, at the time of hard training, it can enable significant strength and speed gains and reduce the risk of injury.

Not a reliable measure
ut natural testosterone is not the same thing. It may aid performance, but it may not. As Yale University researcher Katrina Karkazis has argued, there is no predictable relationship between natural testosterone and improved performance. Even in the same person, testosterone levels can change over time, depending on a range of factors. It’s not a reliable measure, and it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to monitor without frequent, invasive testing.


Then there’s the ethical question. On what basis do you exclude athletes because of who they are? Natural testosterone is a human condition. When I used to urge athletes against doping, I often said “play with your own chemicals.” Now the IAAF is banning female athletes who play with their own chemicals.



If the concern is really the fairness of condition, those who fear Semenya should address the huge international differences in personal and national income, the most consistent factor determining athletic performance because of the advantages it can buy in better training facilities, nutrition, coaching, medical assistance and so on.


Sadly, Semenya has not been the first highly successful female athlete to be accused of masculine qualities and to face banning from sports. In fact, from the very beginning of high-level women’s sport, the best athletes have been so vilified.

女性にテストロンを注入すると、成績がよくなるから、ドーピング禁止の一環でテストロン注入も禁止されている。

キャスター・セメンヤ選手は、そもそも自然の状態で、テストロン量が多いというので、抑制剤投入しないと出場禁止だああ！という裁定。

しかし、自然のテストロンの量は変化しやすいし、測ってもそれが正確ともいえない。そもそも、自然状態のテストロンが成績をよくするとも限らない。

人工的な成分使って競争しないで、自分の体内成分で競争しろ、と選手たちに言ってきたがセメンヤ選手はそうしているのに、否定された。
ありのままの自分じゃ駄目だと言っているようなものだ。
公平じゃないと駄目だ、というが、だったら、ひどい訓練環境で練習している選手たちの訓練環境格差も問題にすべきだろう？

昔から女性選手は男性的な特徴をもっていると、ひどく言われてきた、セメンヤ選手はその最新例ではないか、と。


ーーー私はそもそもスポーツってそんなに、興味ないんだけどね。

だけど、将来は、男女の区別も廃止しちゃったほうがいいんじゃないか、と思っているんだよねええ。

１００メートル走なら、男でも女でも速い奴らが競争しあう。

バレーでも男女混合で、男でも女でもうまい奴を選手として選ぶ、と。

そしたらセメンヤ選手もそのなかの選考基準で選ばれるーーあるいは落選するーーだけの話。

　女性排除しちゃいけないのが、全世界の潮流なわけで、天皇制について女性云々いう西洋人や外国特派員が、なんで、スポーツ界の男性オンリー、女性オンリーの競技のあり方について文句いわないのか、よおわからんところ。

　所詮西洋人のインテリが考えている上辺をちょこっとなでて、褒められるのが好きなだけじゃないか、と思うんだよねえ。

学校、行けたら行ったほうがいいんじゃない？

「不登校は不幸じゃない」10歳のユーチューバー　沖縄から世界に発信「ハイサイまいど！」

活動をしていると「死にたい」という子どもから相談が寄せられることもある。そういう時は友達になり「死ぬな。苦しむな。学校なんて行かなくてもいい」と言い続けている。


これはたしかに、そう。

いじめっ子のいる学校にいく必要はない。転校したり、フリースクールに行ってもいい。フリースクール卒業してしっかりやっている青年も知っている。

また、日本でもホームスクールリングなどの選択肢があったほうがいいとは思う。

しかし、ホームスクーリングがない現状で、こんなに元気なんだから、この子の場合は、学校に行ったほうがいいんじゃないかなあ？

いろんな人との出会いやユーチューバーなんて、学校に行きながらもできるだろう？


昔、青年の主張で、「自分は学校に疑問をもち、高校に行かないで、家でソクラテスやデカルトを読んで勉強しています」などという青年がいた。私も若くて悩んでいる時期だったから、選択肢の一つで魅力的だった。

ただ、その後、彼がどうなったのか？　もうとっくの昔におっさんになっているはずだが、アルバイトをしながらがんばっているのだろうか？ーーーそれが悪いとも言わない。

社会にはいろんな選択肢があるほうがいいんだけど、今の日本社会だと、普通に学校に行ったほうが選択肢が広い。

そうした学歴を重視し過ぎる社会を変えていくべきだが、変えていくにも、学校での経験があったほうがやりやすい。

自分がこの子の親だったら、学校に行きながら、ユーチューバーやらせて、人との出会いもさせる。宿題をやりたくないのもいいが、「ぼくは、こういう理由で宿題をやりたくありません、その結果成績が悪くなろうと僕はその責任を負います」とか、なんとか、学校で主張できるような知恵を授けたいね。

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has nominated Japanese leader Shinzo Abe as a guiding light who he would continue to turn to for counsel on foreign policy should he remain in government after May 18.

Mr Abe, he added, "has been in the region a long time, and he is I think the senior figure now.. .. he's got a real wisdom about him which I found really helpful and which I have leaned on."


Mr Morrison said the Japanese leader was "like us" in having an "important relationship with the United States, but sitting in North Asia right next door to China. So he is very helpful in helping us manage this."

Like La Salle, Augris has also experienced problems on the Metro.

"I think the biggest problems are on the Metro. It always happens that when the train gets busy, men will seize the moment to touch you.

"That's happened to me several times and when it's happening you can't tell who it is. It's so cowardly," she added.

Rosalie Comier, who did not want to give her age, agreed that the Metro was a big problem. "I've been called names by men on the Metro and 'complimented' in that way that doesn't really feel like a compliment because it comes across in an intimidating way.

"They sometimes tailor what they say to me too because I'm black which embarrasses me in public.

"One of my friends was once propositioned for sex on the Metro and when she said 'no' the man tried to follow her home. These stories are so common."

And these victims aren't alone in feeling like public transport poses a threat.



According to a study conducted in 2016, one in two women in France said they will choose trousers over a skirt to avoid becoming the victim of sexual harassment on public transport.
And a 2015 survey of women commuters around Paris revealed that 100 percent of respondents said they had been a victim of sexual harassment.


混むといつも痴漢にあう、セクハラ率１００％　半分の女性がセクハラ回避のためスカートよりズボンを履く、と。





仏で、セクハラにあわなかった日本人女性はよほどなんかあったのかもしれない。

日本で痴漢にあったのは、ひどい話。日本でも、痴漢、セクハラはなくすべきだ。それを訴えるのはよい。

が、空想の”欧米”を持ち出して日本人に同調圧力かけるのはやめなはれ。

欧米中心主義、白人崇拝を助長するだけだ。
