エコノミストの政局占い。
鳩山政権はいつまで持つか、というわけで、一党支配から無党状態になるのでは、という。
床屋談義的にいうと、今度の選挙で民主党はこの前のように躍進できないだろうが、そこそこってところか、って感じだが、このままだと自民党は沈没。与党・自民党以外の党がどれだけ伸びるか、って感じかな。鳩さんはやっぱカウントダウン状態でしょう。
国の借金が増えて、インフレになり、国民の貯金の価値がなくなり、高利だと、国民や企業は借金をしにくくなり、給料は停滞、仕事もなくなり、政府は、減税や、セーフティネットを提供することもできなくなるだろう、と。
日本の話ではない。

共和党は、増税したがらす、民主党は、支出削減したがらず、いつになっても黒字にならん、と。

その運動の始まりの動機は知らんが、いまは、
その参加者は
怒れる人々であり、
オバマがアラブのイスラム教徒だとおもっており、
アメリカが多文化主義になってことについて動転し、
革命によってアメリカはよくなると信じており、
老いゆく怒れる白人からなっており、
われわれには神がついている、だからうまくいっている、だから、やつらに嫌われているんだ、というものまででてくる始末
という。
愚かな人々が日本でも、アメリカでもどこにでも、いる、ということはかえって微笑ましいのかもしれない。

AA アジア系アメリカ人というのは、かつてのユダヤ系アメリカ人同様優秀な生徒が多いんだそうだが、差別のために、エリート大学に入学するには、もう１４０ポイント高い点数を取らなくてはならない、と。

ヘロインがアメリカ中に蔓延しているが、話題にならない、なぜかというの、被害者がゲットーにいるアフリカ系ではなく、中流階級の白人青年たちだからだ、という投稿をしている。
被害者なのに、話題にもならない、白人が差別されている！！！というわけではなかろう。
題名が、「人種に関する固定観念ーーー現実」というからには、多分、アフリカ系の人々は麻薬におぼれている、というような誤った固定観念があるのかもしれない。

Government debt, which fuels the risk of inflation, could make everyday Americans' savings worth less. Higher interest rates would make it harder for consumers and businesses to borrow. Wages would remain stagnant and fewer jobs would be created. The government's ability to cut taxes or provide a safety net would also be weakened, economists say.
国の借金が増えて、インフレになり、国民の貯金の価値がなくなり、高利だと、国民や企業は借金をしにくくなり、給料は停滞、仕事もなくなり、政府は、減税や、セーフティネットを提供することもできなくなるだろう、と。

Tea Partiers are angry people.
n Angry Tea Partiers believe Obama is an Arab Muslim.
n Angry Tea Partiers are upset that America has become so multicultural.
n Angry Tea Partiers believe an angry revolution will make America into a better place.
n Angry Tea Partiers were mostly made up of an aging all-white angry crowd.
But one angry Tea Partier went as far as to tell a reporter this: "We have God on our side, that's why we're so successful, and that's why they hate us."

SAT SCORES aren’t everything. But they can tell some fascinating stories.
Notably, 1,623 - out of a possible 2,400 - not only separates Asians from other minorities (Hispanics and blacks average 1,364 and 1,276 on the SAT, respectively). The score also puts them ahead of Caucasians, who average 1,581. And the consequences of this are stark.
Princeton sociologist Thomas Espenshade, who reviewed data from 10 elite colleges, writes in “No Longer Separate, Not Yet Equal’’ that Asian applicants typically need an extra 140 points to compete with white students

Among the idiosyncrasies of Xalisco dealers is that they generally do not sell to African Americans or Latinos. Instead, they have focused on middle- and working-class whites, believing them to be a safer and more profitable clientele, according to narcotics investigators and former dealers. “They’re going to move to a city with many young white people,” Chavez said. “That’s who uses their drug and that’s who they’re not afraid of.”

Crack “epidemic”!.
Well, there is heroin epidemic sweeping America, and you don’t hear a damn thing about it.
The reason is the victims of this epidemic aren’t, by and large, black folks in the proverbial “ghetto”…
It’s white, middle class kids
