Looking through this frame, the white vandals are given the benefit of the doubt (e.g., “Is that your car?”) while the young black men, even while asleep, are regarded with suspicion (e.g., “They look like they’re getting ready to rob someone.”)

　黒人は犯罪者である、というような偏見が作用しているわけである。

　黒人は可哀想だな、と言っているようでは、まだ、認識がたりない。
　
　黄色人の我々も様々な偏見を被害にあっており、海外の日本・日本人に関する報道・コメントなどもそうした偏見に基づいて発言されていることが非常に多い。

　他方、日本人自身にも他国民や他人種に対してこうした偏見を持っている人もいる。その場合は彼・彼女らは加害者なのである。

Italy: Racism row erupts at Milan school

Milan, 2 Dec. (AKI) - A racism row has erupted at a high school located in the outskirts of the northern Italian city of Milan. According to the Italian daily La Repubblica, several 13 year-old students refused to sit next to Chinese students because they said they "stink".

Faculty members at the Trilussa school, in the area of Quarto Oggiaro, have made a decision and ordered students to change their seats every 15 days to overcome the racist attitude.

"To see the classroom divided into 'neighbourhoods' was painful. Now the students will have a chance to get to know each other," said Italian teacher Adele Moroni, who teaches a class that includes nine foreign students, out of a total of 22.

According to the newspaper report, the Italian students reportedly complained that the Chinese "do not pay their taxes", "they steal our jobs" and are "different than us".

The school has informed the parents of 13 children about episodes of "intolerance against non-Italians".

Some 45% of the Dutch population believe immigration is a problem, up from 36% last year, according to a report by the US research organisation German Marshall Fund, reports Trouw on Friday.

While the Dutch figures are below the European average – a rise from 43% to 50% in the last year – the increase in anti-immigration sentiment is the sharpest in the Netherlands, according to Trouw.

Nevertheless, only 5% of the Dutch see immigration as the biggest problem facing the country. The economic situation tops the list of people’s concerns (44%).

The British are the most negative about immigration with 66% seeing it as a problem.

Lexington, Missouri (CNN) -- Police arrested a sixth member of a Missouri family under investigation for allegations of child sexual abuse, police said.

Darrel Mohler has been charged with two counts of rape, Lafayette County Sheriff Kerrick Alumbaugh said at a news conference. Missouri police did not have Mohler in custody earlier. On the request of Missouri officials, Marion County authorities went to Mohler's home in Silver Springs, Florida, and caught him just before he pulled into the driveway, according to a news release from the Marion County Sheriff's Office. He was subsequently arrested.

Last week also saw the publication of Safety in Numbers, the largest and most comprehensive report into domestic abuse services to be commissioned in the UK. Over a two year period, the cases of 2500 women and 3600 children typically experiencing very serious levels of domestic abuse who accessed support from an independent domestic violence advisor were examined. Over 80 per cent of the women in this study suffered multiple forms of abuse: physical, sexual, stalking and harassment. Some of the findings are particularly shocking in relation to children. The majority of children were of primary school age or below, many of whom may have lived with nothing other than violence and abuse since birth. In over a quarter of cases, mothers feared that their children would be directly harmed and in 11 per cent of cases, representing nearly 400 children, there had been direct threats to kill a child by the abuser. In 40 per cent of cases there was conflict over child contact arrangements.

　欧米関連の日本人によるブログや報道で、なんでこうしたことを紹介しないのだろうか？また、こうしたことを読んで、義憤を感じて、映画を作ったり、当該社会の改革をしようとする日本人がいるだろうか？

　欧米の文化は尊敬すべき点、学ぶべき点が多いが、一部の欧米人は使命感がつよいのか、優越意識が強いのか、自分の社会には目をつむって、色眼鏡でもって、非欧米国を眺める。そうした、欧米優越主義がいやなのである。

Greek police said Thursday they had smashed a gang that forced Nigerian women into prostitution using voodoo in the latest of a number of such cases reported in Europe.

The Athens police department said the traffickers are believed to have exploited more than 40 Nigerian women brought to Greece via Turkey in the last two years.

A 20-year-old Greek woman of Nigerian origin was arrested on suspicion of working for the network and police are seeking her husband, who is also a naturalised Greek citizen.

Police rescued five women held captive by the traffickers against a ransom of 80 000 euros (R885 369) demanded from their families.

作品自体のわいせつ性が争点になる「わいせつ物頒布等」の容疑ではなく、撮影行為のみを問題にしたことが、今回の捜索の特徴だろう。

東京都写真美術館の笠原美智子事業企画課長は「作品をわいせつと判断していないのに、それを写す行為をわいせつだと取り締まるのはおかしいのでは」と指摘する。ある作品がわいせつにあたる条件として過去の判決は、いたずらに性欲を興奮または刺激させることを挙げている。

篠山氏本人は、今回の件についての取材には応じていない。だが捜索を受ける以前には雑誌「広告批評」（３月号）のインタビューで、自身の撮影手法について語っていた。ロケ現場ではモデルにガウンを着せ、周りに見張りを立てたうえで、辺りに人がいない瞬間を見計らってガウンを脱がせ撮影した、と。

　都市を背景に撮ろうとする以上、モデルを完全に囲って隠すことはできない。発言からは、人目に触れさせまいとの意識がうかがえる。

　外国人参政権反対のデモについてである。
　これについては論争があっていいし、いろいろな意見を出し合うべきだ。

　論点がばらついて、焦点が定まっていない、ところもあるが、過激とまでは言えないだろう。

ちょっと気になるところを抜粋しておくと、
　

中国人や韓国人が跳梁跋扈し、あなたが小さく怯える生活をする

これはちょっと気になる。

ただ、左翼傾向のガーディアンでも、これに関しては、イギリス。白人で英語をしゃべる人も少なくなった町で、疎外感を味わう白人として、現実の話として記事を紹介している。

　もっとも、中国人や韓国人が日本語をしゃべられないわけでもない。中国人や韓国人を敵視している印象を与える。こうしたことについては訂正すべきであろう。

また、

在日特権は手放したくないのです（税金控除とか・・）

とあるが、

本国の親族に仕送りした場合、在日は年180万まで税金控除（not所得控除）って本当の話なんですか？・・・・・

皆さんネタですよね?
単に修正申告の還付ってことでしょ。例えば所得1000万に対する税額X円納税した後、扶養控除を修正申告すると(1000万-扶養控除額)に対する税額Y円に修正されます。その差額(X-Y)円が還付されるってことです。別に修正申告でなく、普通に確定申告時にも申告できます。また国籍問わず誰にでも適用されます。課税対象所得額から控除されるのであって、税額から控除額が還付されるわけじゃありませんよ。

普通に「ネタ」でいいんじゃないかと思います。

というように、特に根拠があるわけではない、ようである。

あと、組織図に、対馬などについて、全く根拠がないとも言えないのだろうが、、陰謀論的に思えない、とも言えない。

すべて読んでいるわけではないが、細かなことを言えば例えば、不法移民に参政権を与える、という話は日本ではでていない。

そのほか、皆様も気づかれたところがあれば指摘していただきたい。

Andy’s point above is a good one. I know that confrontation is not the ‘Japanese way’ for most – these nutjobs excluded – but whenever nutty nationalists try to stage these kinds of things in NZ, Britain, Aussie, Canada &c. they’re usually outnumbered by a bigger number of locals counter-protesting. The absence of counter-protestors in Shibuya has always sat uneasily with me.

　これは事実だろうし、そうした違いから不安に思うのも正直なところだろう。
　
　実際有道ブログなど、日本・日本人に関する憎悪にみちた嘘や誇張にみちた宣伝について、在日外国出身者から、大規模な対抗運動がなくーーー反対する人がいないわけではないーーーむしろ、陰に陽に支持している人をみると、私も不安になる。


　が、しかし、どちらがいいかはわからない。

　日本でも、過激な左翼活動や五月蠅い街宣右翼などあったのだが、大衆から無視されその活動は萎んでいった歴史がある。

　他方、欧米では過激派を凌駕する大きな反対活動があるーーそれ自体時に過激になるのだがーーーにも係わらず、例えば、昨今、右翼、極右の台頭が指摘されている。

　欧米のジャーナリストなどはこうした日本人の反移民活動に批判的な目を向けることがあるが、同様か、あるいは、それ以上に、訂正を拒否し、多くの日本人を排外しながら、日本・日本人に関して憎悪に満ちた嘘や誇張を垂れ流す、一部在日外国出身者たちの活動には批判的な目を向けないし、取り上げもしない。

Not that I would expect the US, or Japan, or any other country for that matter to do anything different. A country should act in what it perceives is its best interests, but US interests very often do not coincide with Japanese interests, and having America’s weight at its back is not a good thing when the US is pushing Japan into something it would do better to stay the hell out of. In case you have not noticed (and I doubt you have), Japan’s diplomatic and political influence has often been greatest when they have been able to distance themselves from the US.
And as for US military protection being “cheaper” – how do you figure that? Aside from service member’s salaries and the actual military equipment, the two cheapest parts of the equation, Japan foots 100% of the bill for the US bases.

　おもしろくなってきた。

　森本氏などいわゆる親米派が説得力をもつようにするには、　日米の国益は一致して、在日米軍基地は日本に資する、特に沖縄の基地は重要である、など、もっと具体的に論じていくべきだろう。


　こうしたことに関して論争がおきることはいいことだ。

　しかし、日米関係をどうするにせよ、日本の安全保障問題について社民・民主・自民など、おろそかにしてもらいたくない。

　米軍が日本からすっからかんになってはじめて、国民は安全補償問題に目覚めるのかもしれないが・・・・・
