Running for my body and soul.

Everytime I am very busy at my work 

and I can't have much time for myself to play and study.

However, when I have a time that I think I can do run even for a while,

I will do it without any hesitation.

Today early in the morning I went out for running because I had a chance to run.

It is very  hard for me to get up early in the morning,

but, because I need healthy body condition, so I got up.

I believe running is good for body and soul  if we can continue it as a habit.

I have taken a rest after 50 minutes' running.

As a memory, I've asked to a walker to take a photo.

 

In the middle of Summer we have to pay much attention to our body 

 

because too hot weather sometimes injures our health.
