Outlook of the final time

 

 

 

 

 

 

The last scene of yourself was so funny

 

During the farewell time of ourselves

I don't notice this was the final time of ourselves

 

Just before saying good-bye each other

Suddenly the unknown strong feeling hit on me

And it gave me a silent surprise for a while

 

 I didn't understand the meaning of this strong feeling that hit on me

Just before our parting

 

Then you might want to conceal your will to leave me

You might have a will to leave me in your mind

So I might feel some kind of heavy inspiration while we were saying good-bye each other

 

Surely you could sent last message to me without any word

Again I will say,

I didn't notice the last time of ourselves even a little bit

While we were saying good-bye each other

 

After I understood your message

That is, we would never meet each other

To the end of our life

100% Recovery after a long depression

　　　Almost for three months I have not run.       　

Because of lazy mind of myself , I have not run for a long time.

This was not good for me.

Without ideal moment of my life I have lived for a long time.

 

           さぼり心も手伝って、ワンシーズンほど走っていませんでした。

　　　このことは、自分には良くなかった。

　　　生活の軸がずれたままになって、生活をしていたような。

 

　　　今年から、又、スタートです。

　　　少々無理をしてでも、走れる日は走ることを。

　　　馴染の風景を横に見ながら。

        

 

 

 

ペースは良くないが、大体4５分位、走って、終わることにしています。

池の風景、池の周りの風景はいつも同じですが、落ち着きます。

健康のためにも、自分の下肢筋力低下を避けるためにも

定期的なランニングは必要です。

今日は久しぶりに自転車も。メンテナンスをしてもらって。

走るためにスターポイントまで来ました。

やっと自分らしさを取り戻しました。

At the start of 2022 Year 一年の計は元旦にあり Happy New Year!

At the start of 2022 year, I went to the Fukui Prefecture Area with my family.

While driving to the destination by car, I sometimes faced to the snow icy road.

 

 

     

I could manage to reach the hotel.

一応ホテルの写真は撮らせて頂きました。

下りの方が怖い

元旦の計

仕事も趣味活動も同じ意識レベル行う。

結果として相乗効果を生むように。

無意識のうちに今までこんな気持ちで生きて来たとは思うが、

今年は、自分の中で、この気持ちを意識して。
