LAKE SUWA
When I took in the hotel near the Lake SUWA this summer,
I made a jogging early in the morning.
I woke up around 4 in the morning, and I went out for running.
If we make a jog around the whole Lake Suwa, we need 16 kilo run,
so I gave up 16 kilo running this time
because I could not have prepared for it.
I made a run only for about 8 kilo per hour.
８月に諏訪湖近くのホテルに泊まった時、朝、４時に起き、諏訪湖畔のランニングロードを走りました。
諏訪湖一周１６キロということで、時間的、体力的にも無理と判断し、結果的には、約その半分の
距離だけ走りました。一時間ほど、約８キロですが。

Perfect road for runners and people who like bicycle or walk.
Calm and beautiful scenery of Lake.
Next year I am coming to this place again,
and I will run whole course,16 kilo around this Lake.
For that I have to exercise when I have a spare time.
来年再びこの地に来て、湖の周り１６キロを走ろうと思います。
そのためには、時間のある時に、体を鍛えておかねばなりません。
