and late-night, as for Friend-B,
J子 and the A香 were not going to come today.

After night came, I had connection from M恵san.
（夜になってから、Ｍ恵さんから連絡があった。）
Because KEN seemed to want to come to my house,
I returned to the house.
（KENがウチに遊びに来たがっているというので、
僕は家に帰った。）
I came home, and KEN and M恵san came soon.
（帰宅して間もなく、KENとＭ恵さんがやって来た。）
"There is nobody other than me, but are you satisfied?"
（「他には誰も居ないけど、いいかい？」）
KEN was laughingly said to me, "I am satisfied".

while carrying out the innocent talk by three.
（３人で他愛もない話をしているうちに、KENが眠くなってきた。）
Although M恵san told KEN that they would go home together,
he said that he did not want to return.
（Ｍ恵さんが一緒に家に帰ろうと言ったが、
KENは帰りたくないと言った。）
Therefore I let KEN get ready to sleep
and I read a book with him and talked in another room as always.
（だから僕はKENに寝る準備をさせて、

KEN said.
"Mother was glad when telling mother
that you were invited on my birthday"
（KENは言った。
「お母さんに、ボクの誕生日に
あなたを招待すると言ったら、喜んでたよ。」）
I said.
"If it is right, I will not eat roast chicken
and macaroni gratin with shrimp by any means till December."
（僕は言った。
「じゃあ、それまで、
ローストチキンとエビグラタンは絶対食べないよ。」）
KEN laughed and said.
"Mother became gentle with me recently.
And I came to like teachers at school a little."
（KENは笑って、そして言った。
「お母さんが最近優しくなったよ。
それにボクは、学校の先生も少し好きになった。」）
"That's good for you.........."
（「良かったなぁ・・・。」）
"May I also come here next week?"
(「来週も来てもいいの？」)
"Of course,Everyone waits for you. "
(「もちろんだよ。みんなで待ってるよ。」)
He looked seemed very glad.

And as he felt easy, he slept.

When I returned to living, M恵san stood on the place
by the window of a back dark corner.
（僕がリビングに戻ると、奥の暗いコーナーの窓辺に
Ｍ恵さんが立っていた。）
She was crying. And she said to me.
"The burn of the cheek of KEN is my cause."
（彼女は泣いていた。そして言った。
「KENの頬の火傷は、私のせいなんです。」)
After saying so, she cried more intensely.
（そう言うと、彼女は更に泣き出した。）
I walked in confusion in the room, and presented tissue,
the handkerchief, and the face towel to her.
（僕は、うろたえて部屋の中を歩き、そして彼女に
ティッシュとハンカチとフェイスタオルを差し出した。）
The noise carried out then in the door and B, and J子 and A香
went into living.
（その時、玄関で物音がしてＢとＪ子とＡ香がリビングに入ってきた。）
I and they gazed silently.
（僕と彼らは無言で見つめ合った。）
M恵san is continuing crying.
（Ｍ恵さんは、泣き続けていた。）
