streamlineはこういう使い方もできるんですね。語感のまま使う感じですね。cuckooingは辞書にはないですがそのまま。

どの地区に多いのかはわからなかったですが。社会的弱者のhousing association flatとかが例に上がっているので、council houseみたいなところですかね。
現状の法律だと取り締まれないみたいので、abuse。気の毒に。
