Language

FirstのBand3がAdvancedのBand１です。
Firstにぎりぎりで受かった人は、CAE受験可能なラインの底辺にいるということですよね。

FirstとAdvancedのハイブリット勉強

自粛のおかげで勉強する時間が多少できてきました。
Advancedの問題集が難しくて、時々Firstの問題集と行ったり来たりして、なんとか、わずかしかないやる気を保つようにしています。

FirstとAdvancedの違いは語彙。Advancedは意味を正しく覚えていない単語が多過ぎて、いちいち調べるのに時間がかかってうんざりしてしまいます。

FirstとAdvancedのハイブリット勉強は、試験問題に慣れるのに役に立ちます。
前回ろくに準備もせずFirstを受験した時は、何を問われているかわからず戸惑って時間を無駄にしてしまいました。
Firstは本番試験と同じ形式の問題集で勉強。Advancedはまだその域には達することができないので教科書に付随する解答付きの自習用の問題集。

ケンブリッジ英検を受験しようと思い立ってからほぼ３年。ブログを開設して1000日。だらだらしていたらあっという間に過ぎました。
毎日30分勉強していたら、500時間、だったのに。英語学校に通った分を含めても、まだ合計で50時間も勉強していないんじゃないかなと思います。

問題を１問解くたびに、道のりの遠さに呆然とします。
しばらくは試験会場には行けないはずなので、延期の言い訳ができてしまいましたが、いつAdvanced受験可能なレベルになることやら。
