> 労働力不足の業界は一次産業、建築、土木、介護、製造業などで、この記事に登場する企業とは分野が違います。

After reading this article, I felt some discomfort.
First of all, even though it's titled A country that's not chosen," Japan is very popular among countries around the world and approx. 3 million tourists visit from foreign countries each month.
I have never heard of what the article says that "The lack of same-sex marriage in Japan causes an exodus of human resources overseas."
Industries suffering labor shortages are "primary industry," "architecture," "civil engineering," "nursing care" and "manufacturing," therefore the companies featured in this article are in a different field.
Additionally, many of the persons who come to Japan as workers come from Asia or the Middle East. In many of these countries, homosexuality is not approved by religious reasons.
I therefore think that the analysis doesn't have a point that there is a labor shortage because marriage-equality is not approved.
