会社を起こして以来ここまで割と順調に来ましたが
ではその間大した苦しみは無かったか？
って言うと大アリです。
創業以来今に至るまで常に問題は押し寄せてきます。
そうやってビジネスを考えると
順調と言っても
実はそこに安らぎがある訳ではありません。
単に潰れなくて済んだ
これが順調の本質です。
ではあまり意味が無い
なんて思ってはだめですね。
潰れないと言う事は
たくさんの人の生活を守って来た
って事ですから
まさにそこに会社の存在意味があるのです。
会社経営を
自分の欲求を満たすため
なんて思っては
当てが外れます。
会社経営の本質は
そこにはありません。
ですからその本質を見誤って会社経営を始めると
高い確率で
押し寄せて来る問題に対処できず
消え去る
私はそんな考えです
どうしてそうなるか？
それは自分の欲望は押し寄せてくる難問に対峙するには

その力が足りないのです。
では経営者は何によって力を得てるのか？
って言うと
たくさんの人の生活の責任を負ってる
この事から来る恐怖です。
自分の欲望だけであれば
少しの問題が起こっても
面倒くさい
って事で逃げ出しますが
自分の後ろに控えてる人間が多ければ
逃げ出すわけには行かないので
だから自分にムチ打ち勇気を振り絞る
少なくとも私の会社経営人生はそんな感じです。
では
欲望は満たされずに
苦しみだけが押し寄せる会社経営
意味があるのか？
って言うと
多分人によっては意味が無いでしょうね。
ではたくさんいる経営者
どんなご利益があって会社経営と言う厳しい道を歩むのか？
と言えば
心理的満足感です。
これは麻薬のように癖になります。
たくさんの社員の生活を守ったと言う事の誇り
こう言った方が良いかも知れません。
最近もゴルフ仲間の方から
いつまで仕事をするんですか？
もうそろそろリタイヤしてゴルフ三昧の生活
始めましょうよ
なんてアドバイスを頂きました。
私自身ずっとそんな日を夢見てましたね。
ただ
今はもう仕事で人生を終える
これに迷いはありません。
神様がそうしろと言うのであれば
とことん他人のために生きてやる
今はそこまで考えて開き直っています。

But I`m ready to end my life with work

I will live my life for others
