自宅の軒下にムクドリが巣を構えて、子育てをしているのは前から知っていました
昨日の朝いつものように洗濯機のあるピロティに下りてみると、裏庭のクローバーの中ににムクドリが１羽歩いています
近寄っても飛び立たないので不思議に思ってさらに近付くと、上空からほかのムクドリが急降下して私を威嚇します
よく見ると歩いていた鳥はまだ幼鳥で飛べないようです
しかも左の翼が途中で折れたように変形しています
どうも巣から落下して怪我をしたらしく、親鳥はそれを見守っていますが子供は飛べないので、巣に戻ることもできません
朝の忙しい時間帯だったのでそれ以上構うことなく出かけてしまいましたが、帰宅すると隣家の少年たちが話しかけてきて、日中に飛べない鳥が庭を歩いていたということです
その子供たち６人を庭に招きいれて、大捜索をしましたが見当たりませんでした
うちの庭には近所の猫がよく出没しますので、格好の獲物になってしまったのではないかと心が痛みます
I had known that a couple of gray starling had built the nest and chicked some babies under the eaves of my house.
Yesterday morning, I went doun to the washing mashine in the piroty and found a gray starling was walking around the backyard.
When I went to close but it doesn't fly away and I went more closely.
Then other gray starling swooped down like a dive bombing.
I realized the bird was not yet grown up and it seemed getting injury on it's left wing.
Probably it had fallen down from the nest and gotten injury.
Parents were watching to it but they couldn't teke it back and when some enemy come to closely they attacked to it.
It was very busy time for me and I didn't do anything and went out to work.
Whe I came back to home, the neighbor kids asked me if I knew the unfliable bird.
They said it walked around the frontyard in the daytime.
I asked them to investigate whole my garden but we couldn't find it.
I often see some cats in my garden and I'm worrying about it had cought by a cat.
