今週より、太陽工房に乾燥キクラゲのパック詰め作業の依頼が入りました。
工程として、
パックの中に敷く除湿シートを切る作業から始まり、
そのシートを底に敷き、乾燥剤を入れる。
そこからキクラゲを20gずつ計りパックに入れて蓋をする。
最後にシール貼りを済ませ、数を数えながらコンポーし、７工程を経て完成です。
日頃、アイロンビーズでピンセットを使用している為、その効果も出て、早めの仕上がりとなりました。
アイロンビーズの作業効果、いろんなところで役立たせて行ければと思うところです。
From this week we received a request from Mr. H who’s been kind to us always of packaging black fugus.
As the process, we start with cutting out wet sheet to be placed in the package, spread the sheet and put desiccant (silica gel) packet.
And then, put the fungus into the package measuring 20g.
At last put our sticker on it, and wrap it up with counting and all the jobs done.
We usually use tweezers when we make Iron Beads products, so we have got the job done quickly
