高田純が提言する福島２０ｋｍ圏の復興策・国際マラソンの実現をアピールする動画をユーチューブにアップしました。3分間ですので、ご覧ください。１００万回の再生を当面の目標とします。
２０ｋｍ圏内の表土を除去し、瓦礫とともに海岸に埋め、防波堤公園化するのです。
表面をおよそ1メートルの厚みの清浄土で覆うので、完全に放射線は遮蔽されます。
圏内の農業の再建と、防波堤公園の建設が同時進行し、かつ完成時には、復興を祝う国際マラソンを開催します。
この提案は、9月３日にいわき市小名浜でのさいとう健吉県議の勉強会にて、２００人の市民を前に説明し、元オリンピック選手にも大きな拍手を持って賛同いただきました。

第４４回研究発表会２日目
福島の放射線衛生調査結果を高田純は報告しました。
結論のスライドを公開します。
内外被曝あわせて、平成２３年の福島県民の線量は１０ミリシーベルト以下、多くは５ミリ以下で、健康リスクはない。ストロンチウムの内曝は検出できないほど少ないと予想される。日本人のストロンチウムの最大被曝は、昭和４０年代の中国からの核の黄砂の降り積もりだった。
本日から２日間水戸において、日本保健物理学会（放射線防護学専門学会）の第４４回研究発表会が開催されています。例年は春季開催ですが、地震影響のため、１０月に延期されていました。
この研究会にて、高田純は、本日１０月１７日午後、放射線影響のセッションで、表題の研究成果を、発表しました。下記のスライドは、その結論です。昭和４０年代に中国の楼蘭周辺での核爆発から舞い上がった核の黄砂が日本列島全土に降り積もり、日本人の骨格に放射性ストロンチウムが沈着し、１～７ミリシーベルトの線量を受けたと評価しました。
