type B（当社事務棟からベランダを無くし、内部を広くしたタイプ）

価格 ３００万円から
建築物ですので価格は一律になりません。

防音２重ガラス付窓
防音屋根下地
オーディオグレード電源コンセント（CSE製）

type A (the same type as our audition room)

type B (type which lost the veranda from our office and made the inside large)
Building area 12.47 square meters
Price JPY3,000,000
Since it is a building, the price does not become uniform.
There are all two sorts of following features.
The strengthening floor which took the oscillating measures against a speaker
A window with sound isolation double glass
Sound isolation roof ground
Audio grade power receptacle (product made by CSE)
