岐阜特産のお米「はつしも」が収穫の時期になりました。
米のなかでも特に収穫時期が遅く
初霜のころに収穫されることから「はつしも」の名がつきました。
粘土質で海抜の低い所でのみ栽培されているため
生産量がとても少なく幻の米と言われています。
「はつしも」は粒が大きなお米として有名で
冷めてもおいしいので寿司飯としても使用されます。
