何点か注目しておこう。

インタビューの際に僕が指摘したのは以下のようなことです。(1) 特にインターネットで目立つ拝外主義者の実際の割合はごく少数である、(2) 彼らは少数派であることを自覚しており、それゆえ極端な行動が必要だと感じている、（続く）
そして(3) 彼らは自分たちが不当にも少数派にとどまる理由をマスメディアの偏向にあると理解している（そう非難される閉鎖主義が、マスメディアの方にもある）。基本的にお話ししたのはこのくらいです。
(2)に関連してジェンダーに対する意識について聞かれたので、男性は不当な逆差別を受けている等の認識が介在する可能性と、日本の雇用情勢について一般論としてコメントしたと思いますが、少なくとも在特会については、調査していないので分からないというスタンスでした。
それにしても、ネット上の行動について僕はずっと「動機の理解」に関心を持ってきたのですが、それが一方で実証的な人たちに「少数派を過大評価している」と、他方で評論家などに「問題を軽視しすぎている」と非難される理由になっているので、今後は少し話し方のスタンスを考えたいところです。

外国人特派員によるインタビューは気をつけた方がよさそうですな。

　なんとかして軍国主義に結びつけたいんでしょうな。

例えば、当時、韓日合邦を唱道した一進会も公称　１００万人、それを鵜呑みにしていいなら、併合はむしろ、当時の朝鮮の人々に望まれてしたことになろう。

　いずれにせよ、NYTはこうした動きや、日本人の極右、他民族主義左翼、韓国のナショナリズム、英米のナショナリスト、在日欧米人の極端な団体などに批判的な見方をする本ブログーーー閲覧数から言えばかなりの”メンバー”がいることになるがーーーのような勢力は無視するんだろうな。

　イスラム教徒の普通の人々、反過激派勢力を軽視して、イスラムの過激派ばかり報道して、イスラムフォビアを社会にしっかり根付かせた英語圏メディアならでは手法といえましょうな。左右両勢力とも、他者に対して、不安恐怖を煽っておいて、後で善人ぶって、右翼をなだめるふりをするというのが、自称リベラルなんでしょうかな、むこうさんでは。

　キングギドラの一つの頭は自称リベラルメディアだったりして。







　

”白人”崇拝CM

JPが化粧品のCMの投稿をしている。

　このファンデーションは肌をきれいにして、”白人”の注意をひく、と。

　こうるさいことはいいたかないが、やはり、この手のコマーシャルは目立つ。

　問題は二つあると思う。


　フェミの立場からは、なんで、こんなに男性の目をひかなくてはいけないのか、という点があろう。ま、化粧のCMだから、といえばそれまでだが・・・

　もう一つは”白人”崇拝的なメッセージである。

以前にも、
Drink Tropicana orange juice & enjoy breakfast with foreign menあったし、他にもあったが、やはり、”白人”を崇拝している、と思わざる得ないCMがいくつかある。というより、”白人”タレント使うこと自体は結構なのであるが、割合の問題である。

　外タレを使うのは大いによろしいことであるが、しかし、それなら、黄色系、茶色系、黒色系ももっと混ぜるべきであろう。

　（ーーーこうした”白人”に好意的なメッセージが多いなかで、マックのMr Jamesが”白人”侮辱的だという、”白人”もいたが、こうした割合のなかで、その批判は当たらない。

　にもかかわらず、そうした”白人”の意見をもっともだ、という日本人女性がいるほど、”白人”崇拝的なメンタリティーが浸透している、とも言えなくはない。ーーー）

をもう少し詳細に記すと、

”黒人”の子供に白い人形と黒い人形を渡す。

１９４０年代
　
６３％の”黒人”の子供が”白人”人形と遊びたいといい、”白人”の人形の方がいい子だ、と答える。４４％が白い人形と自分を同一視

現在

８８％が黒い人形と自分を同一視
大多数が両方とも遊びたい、あるいはどちらとも遊びたくない、
大多数が、黒い人形、あるいは両方ともいい子だ、と。
男の子は、どちらの人形もきれい、女の子の半数は白い人形のほうがきれい、という。

　要するに、社会の偏見を子供たちが取り込んでしまっているわけで、社会の偏見が変化すると共に子供たちの白い人形、黒い人形に対する評価も変わってきたが、現在でも”黒人”の女の子は白い人形のほうがきれいだ、という社会の偏見を取り込んでしまっているわけである。ということは、自分の肌の色と偏見の間で苦しまなくてはいけない、ということにもなるわけだ。

　拒食症など、過度に外見を気にする風潮が要因として取り上げられるが、こうしたなかば無意識に発っせられるメッセージにももっと注意を払うべきであろう。

　広告代理店で働いている方々にもこうしたことを念頭において、そして、評論家の方々にもこうした意識をもってメディア批評をしてもらいたい、ものである。


　更新
もっとも、見方によれば、”白人”男性は日本人女性を崇拝する、というメッセージになるかもしれんが・・・・

もっとも、自民党の白昼夢をみていた人もいるようだし・・・・

義理を重んじる気持はわかるが、ここで反対側の測りにかけるべきものは国家の利益でしょう。

党内勢力図を見れば一目瞭然だが、党内最大グループの小沢グループは150人の衆参院議員を擁し、鳩山グループ60人、そして羽田(孜元首相)グループ10人がすでに小沢氏支持を明らかにしている。

　世を問わず「勝ち馬に乗る」というのが権力闘争の"常識"であり、このままの展開となれば、旧民社党系30人の過半と旧社会党系30人の一部が雪崩を打って小沢氏支持に回る可能性が高くなってきた。数合わせからすると、まさに"勝負あった"である。

　仮に、スキャンダルをうまく乗り切ってもどれだけ政権が持つのか？
　小沢氏弁舌全然さわやかでもないし、国内からも国外からも袋叩きのようなきがしないでもないが・・・・

　あああ、なんだかなあ・・・・

Over the last twenty years, Roma families from Kosovo have lived in this suburb of the provincial town of Gottingen as refugees. Now, almost all must leave.

Like other Roma neighbourhoods in Germany, this one in Gottingen is impoverished, but at least it gave its inhabitants a refuge from the worst of the Balkan conflicts. Now, what little these people have, they are about to lose.


“The Roma are totally isolated,” said Roma rights activist Kenan Emini. “The Albanians drove us out and it is not even safe for us to go back, but the Germans do not want us either. 10,000 out of 13,000 of us here have to leave by 2013.”

Many Germans say that neigbourhoods like Rosenwinkel are proof that the Roma have not settled well. Few here are employed, housing lacks basic facilities and the crime rate is high, making them an easy scapegoat for nationalists.

NSW Police deputy commissioner of specialist operations Nick Kaldas has been forced to defend officers after damaging accusations of having an informant in the ranks.

A NSW police employee's alleged leaking of files obtained by a bikie gang was a “very rare” case and did not jeopardise work, Kaldas said.

Police analyst Terry Gregoriou is alleged to have leaked information about criminal investigations to associates of the Comanchero bikie gang in 2009.

　そのリンク。２００９年のものだが面白い。
　以前は肌の白い人形と黒い人形を”黒人”のこどもに見せると、自分を白い人形と同一視し、白い人形のほうがいい、といっていた”黒人”の子供が多かったが、最近は、白黒関係なくなった、ただ、白い人形の方がきれいだ、という子供はまだ割合いる、という。
　肌の色の評価に対する社会的影響ですね。こうした評価が別に生物的に必然具有のものではない。

　日本のメディア・広告もこうした点にもっと注意を払うべきだ。

A Connecticut man has been arrested on allegations he coached his eight-year-old neighbour to swear and make racial slurs for a video he posted on YouTube.

According to police, the video shows the boy using obscenities and making racial slurs in his front yard while a man's voice is heard in the background encouraging him.

The 24-year-old man was charged Tuesday with impairing the morals of a child, but later posted $2,500 bail, the Connecticut Post reported.

The man told the Post that what the boy said on the video was funny.

　日韓両国が領有権を主張する竹島問題で、韓国側の領有の根拠のひとつを覆す１７世紀末ごろの朝鮮の木版印刷の古地図が神戸市立博物館で見つかっていたことが２２日、分かった。韓国側は、当時、竹島が「子山（于山）」と呼ばれ、この時期に朝鮮国漁民が「子山は朝鮮の領土」と鳥取藩に主張し認められたという記録があることを有力な根拠としている。ところが、この地図の子山は実際の竹島と方角も距離も違う位置に記載されており、別の島の可能性が高いという。

CBS News' Fernando Suarez reports. One man said he'd punch the president in the face, while another said he'd take Mr. Obama to jail.

For the most part, however, the crowd was calm. Beck had asked his supporters not to bring political signs to the event, which was ostensibly non-political (despite the presence of Sarah Palin, among others). Most of the assembled crowd complied, opting for American flags instead of political messages.

　集会自体は大統領をぶん殴る、牢屋にいれてやる、という声も聞こえるものの全体としては落ち着いているようであります。政治的宣伝よりもアメリカの国旗を掲げている、とーーーああ、あの主権回復と在特会がいつももっているやつのアメリカ版ですね。


　ただ、なるほど、宗教の影響はすごいな、と。

Our first fact check. Beck said that as Americans were losing faith in institutions, the institution they have the most faith in has remained constant: the military. Americans' faith in the military remained 15 percent higher than their faith in any other institution.

There's a variety of polling on this subject. We found at least one poll indicating faith in the military was highest. A Gallup poll from July showed 76 percent of Americans had confidence in the military, a higher amount than any other institution. But 66 percent of Americans had confidence in the second-highest ranking group, small businesses. That's only a 10 percentage difference.

It looks like Beck might have been using outdated polling. A Gallup poll from June 2009 showed 82 percent of Americans had faith in the military, and 67 percent had faith in small businesses ― a 15 percentage point gap.

　軍隊に対する信仰が失いかけている、とベック氏は批判しているのだが、しかし、実際には、８２％のアメリカ人は軍隊に対する信仰をもっている、とーーーこれはこれでびっくり。

The New York Times is reporting that a pastor in my hometown of Gainesville, Florida is planning to "commemorate" 11 September 2001 by publicly burning the Qur'an. The photograph that accompanies the story showed the pastor, Terry Jones, standing in a field of grass behind signs that read "Islam is of the devil."
