Bob Dylan Concert in Osaka - March 16,2010

I went to Zepp Osaka to see the Bob Dylan concert .

 Zepp Osaka was the first place for me .

 Surely this place may be made for only rock concert. 

Bob Dylan seemed to want to play in a small place like this.

 

 

 

 His interest  this time to play in a small area like Zepp Osaka

 may have limited his playing song list.

 I had much interest and big hope to see and listen to his great music.

  For a long time I had been waiting to see his concert in Japan.

  But the result was too bad for me

 because I had eagerly expected to listen to only

 his  famous and big hit such as" Hurricane".

 Every fan who wanted to listen to such as "Blowin' in the Wind"

 and "Mr.Tumbling man" would be disapointed this time.

 Setlist of his concert in Zepp Osaka held in March 16 is following as below.

 This was unfamiliar to me , so I was a little disapointed.

 03. Summer Days

 04. I Don't Believe You (She Acts Like We Never Have Met)

 05. Forgetful Heart

 06. Most Likely You Go Your Way (And I'll Go Mine)

 07. John Brown

 08. Under The Red Sky

 09. Honest With Me

 10. Masters Of War

 11. Highway 61 Revisited

 12. Po' Boy

 13. Thunder On The Mountain

 14. Ballad Of A Thin Man

 15. Like a rolling Stone

 16. Jolene

 17. All Along The Watchtower

 Even the song "Like a rolling stone" acted on the last part of this concert

 was unfamiliar to me because the total image of this song was largely different

 from the first appearance of this song in 1965.

 Maybe this was the most exciting song played in March 16 in Zepp Osaka.

All audience might be highly satisfied with this song.                       But,

I could first notice that this song was "Like a rolling stone"only when Bob Dylan

said "like a rolling stone"in the last part of the verse in his singing.

 Honestly speaking I eagerly wanted to listen to such as

 "Hurricane" "Tangled Up In Blue"　"One More Cup Of Coffee"

 All the fan expected a famous song like above wolud be disapointed this time.

 The first song of Nagoya held in March 18 was "Rainy Day Women".

 I had listend to this song so many times  in my youth. I envied.

 All the songs played in Osaka was unfamiliar to me and the appearance of

 all acted songs were almost "rock music".

　But Bob Dylan was not only the rock musician.

 Even the unfamiliar songs played in Osaka have had attractive outlook.

 So I want to see his play once more.
