今年は予約済のフレンチ・オードブルで幕開け~♪
(なぜかトップにアップできず、下記でご確認を!)
紅白のモン・ペラを用意していたんですが、実家に帰っても、
飲んだくれは僕1人・・・なので、白(トップ写真)だけにしておきました。
豚のリエットやフォアグラのテリーヌ、牛ホホ肉の赤ワイン煮など
色々食べて、それは満足なんですが、どうも冷たいものが多いのが・・・
(これは日本のおせちもそうですよねぇ)
やっぱ、正月はお雑煮、甘酒など温かいものがいいかな(苦笑)。
最後に、今年も何卒よろしくお願いいたします。m(_ _)m

Happy new year 2012 for all of everyone!
I started this year with French hors d'oeuvre and a bottle of white wine!
Unfortunately, i'm the only one drinking a lot in my family...
so, though i prepared two bottles (red/white), just opened a white one!
(In Japan, we see red/white set as "celebrating/lucky" symbol!)
We enjoyed a cup of pork rillette, a terrine of foie gras, and beef cheek meat boiled with red wine...
Some of them were hot dish, but most of them were cold...
I prefer "hot/warm" dishes for new year (as it was chilly!!!).
Anyway, pls visit my blog and give me any comments this year, too!
