アマトリチャーナ （amatriciana）

留学（旅？）ブログから一転、料理ブログへと変貌？
最近はあまり遠出する機会もないので・・・温泉行こうかなぁ。

で、このアマトリチャーナ、ローマ地方の
トマトと玉ねぎがメインのパスタ。
ガツンと来る味が気に入っていて（作るのも楽♪）、
ちょっと凝ってます。^^
今日は焼き野菜サラダも添えてみました♪
バルサミコ酢がきいていて美味・美味♪

・・・さ、週末の仕事を片付けないと。。。

Having no plan to travel even in Japan,
I'm making cooking blog these days instead of studying abroad (travel?).
Wanna go hot springs to relax...

This amatriciana, Italian pasta with tomatos and onions, is
very good and easy to cook; additionally, it tastes goooood!
Today, I added a grilled vegetables with balsamico sauce which was also nice.

Well, it's time to start working, maybe...

ビストロ探訪第１弾！ （Finding bistros in Osaka.）

ご無沙汰しております。皆様、お元気でしたか？^^;

最近忙しく、どたばたとしており、今日も仕事をしに会社へ・・・
しかーし、夜には待望のビストロ探訪第１弾として、
福島のとあるお店へ♪(^o^)/

ここは直球のビストロ料理を出してくれると知って、
以前から行ってみたかった所。
で、感想としては、料理もワインも美味しぃーーーーーーい♪
とってもリーズナブルなお値段で、このパフォーマンスは素晴らしい！
福島までわざわざ行った甲斐があるというものです。

疲れていたけど、久しぶりに真のビストロ料理とワインを満喫できて、
今日は幸せでした・・・( ~o~)oooO

Long time no see, how're you guys doing these days?

So busy recently that I had to work at office even today (Sunday)...
However, I could visit a nice Bistro in Fukushima area, Osaka.

This restaurant was a place which I was eager to go knowing it through a certain magazine.
I found it was more than a place I could expect;
the course was very reasonable and wine was so good.
You would find its performance soooo remarkable!

Though was tired today, I really enjoyed being there...

ＧＷ最後の休日 （Last day in GW）

最後の日だと言うのに・・・ほとんど寝てました。^^;;;
疲れがたまっていたんでしょうか。
明日から仕事ということで、体も動き出すかな？

今夜は生クリームを使って、鮭のクリームパスタとしゃれ込んでみました。
レシピがソースに味をつけないシンプルなものでしたが、
ロハス的で結構いけるかも。
それよりも、アンティパストで作ったきのこのソテーが絶品！
まだ余ってるので作ろうっと。^^

それと、イタリアワインが飲みたくて買ってきた、
このファルネーゼ2006（赤）が美味しい♪
これで1,500円程度。
ロバート・パーカーＪｒ．もお薦めの理由が分かりますね。

Though no more holiday, I was sleeping almost all day today...
Anyway, I have to start working tomorrow;
my body would be activated when I began working...

I cooked a pasta with salmon and creme sauce. ^^
Its taste was simple due to its recipe but not bad.
Maybe it's good for my health, kind of LOHAS style.

Additionally, the saute of champignons was soooo gooood!
Will cook it again soon.

Then, the Italian wine named "Farnese" made in 2006 was really good.
It only cost me 1,500 yen or so.
I can understand the famous Robert Parker Jr.'s good comments on it.

自己研鑽・・・？ （Self-study）

ＧＷになると時間が出来るので、復習も出来るだろう・・・
ということで、戦略の教科書を久しぶりに開いたんですが。。。
復習の復習である導入部分４０ページでつまづいております。^^;;;

英語を読むスピードもすっかり衰え、ここまで読むのに２時間。オイオイ。
まぁ、集中力を持って取り組めばいいのでしょうが。
たまには英語の文献を読む習慣もつけないと。はぁ。

I expected that I would read texts used at Insead during GW;
but it was a little bit hard for me to read them as smoothly as
I used to do while I was in France.
Have troubles before reaching 40 pages in introduction...

My ability to read English-written books has dramatically mitigated,
taking me to read 40 pages in 2 hours. ^^;;;
Maybe I should have concentrated on reading and have habits to read
English articiles and so on.

ＳＡＰＡ様変わり （Changes in SAPA）

ＧＷと言えば行楽ですが、今年は海外に行く気もなかったので、
とりあえず西へ向かってます。^^

で、三木ＳＡに立ち寄ったのですが、最近はＳＡＰＡもすっかり様変わり。
スタバが独立店舗を置いているは、ドッグランという犬の遊び場があるは。

休日にここへ来て、オープンカフェでのんびりするだけでも
なんだかよさそうな気配です（笑）。

We tend to travel during GW in Japan;
but I don't have any plans to go abroad and therefore,
I'm going west for the time being.|o|

Here Miki Service Area have totally changed its appearance;
it now has Starbuck cafe outside and a dog run space.

It may be good plan to enjoy holidays by just visiting Miki SA. |o|

ＧＷと言うことで、最近はラジオをかけっぱなしで
のんびり過ごすことが多いのですが、
そこで聴いたのがドリカムの「大阪ＬＯＶＥＲ」。
新曲かと思ったら、去年の３月発売？ですね、これ。^^;

久しぶりにドリカムの全盛期を思い出させるノリで、
遅くはありますがただ今マイブーム（笑）。
テンポもよくて、歌詞も可愛いので、お気に入りです。

YouTubeのコメントには英語やらスペイン語？やら書かれてて、
ドリカムってそれなりにインターナショナルなんだと思ったりもして。

明日はドライブ中にガンガンこれでカラオケしてるんやろなぁ・・・（笑）

As we have long holidays called Golden Week here in Japan,
I do errands listening to radio these days.
Then, I found this song, "Osaka Lover," sung by a band, Dreams Come True.
I thought it was a brand-new song but not;
it seemed to have been released in March last year when I was in France.

This song reminds me of my college days when Dreams Come True was so popular that I was crazy about them.
Its tempo and lyrics are so good and cute!
I love this song.

Plus, I found some comments written in English and Spanish? here on YouTube.
They seem to be more international band than I thought...

I would doing caraoke while driving tomorrow, I guess...^^
