大阪湾セーリング （Sailing in Osaka Bay）

今日は上司に誘われて、職場の皆様と
ヨットでクルージングと洒落込んでみました。^^

ヨットについては漫画などでなんとなく用語は聞いたことある程度。
ほんの３時間程度のクルージングでしたが、なぜ風上に向かって
進めるのか、タッキングって何？ということを覚えながら、
日差しが強く暑くはありましたが、のんびりとした時間をすごせました。

写真で観るとわかりにくいかも知れませんが、
結構傾いてます。^_^

昼間の疲れを癒すため（？）、今夜はアラン・デュカス第２弾！
前菜としてサーモンのタルタル、メインにラタトゥイユと
鰯のオーブン焼きを堪能～♪
あぁ、幸せ。

Enjoyed yacht cruising with my colleagues, as my boss invited us.

Today's weather was so hot that it was a little bit tough to cruise;
but it was really relaxing to cruise inside Osaka bay with yacht,
learning how yacht moved against wind and what the word "tucking" meant and so on.

I guess you can find how inclined the yacht was from this pic.^^

After that, prepared French dinner, enjoying weekend's night
with salmon tartar and grilled sardines coupled with ratatouille.
Remember, the life is happy with nice meal.^^

アートな休日 （A day in the art）

暑い日々を心から静めるため？に、今日はサントリーミュージアムへ。
ＩＭＡＸでハッブル宇宙望遠鏡の３Ｄ映像を観てから、
モネやピサロをはじめとする印象派展を観て来ました～♪

久しぶりの絵画鑑賞は、なんだか心洗われる気分・・・
海の景色とあわせて、少し癒されました。。。

海遊館前では大道芸人の方が人を集めていて、少し鑑賞♪
プロの大道芸人とのことで、応援のためにも少しばかりカンパしてきました。
（ちなみに、個人的に大道芸は少しかじったことがあるんですが・・・）

Visited Suntory museum, enjoying IMAX "3D" movie (Habble space telescope) and "Impressionist art" exhibition such as Claude Monet and Camille Pissarro.

Very relaxed with my favorite Impressionist arts, especially because this is my first chance in the last 12 months.
Beautiful ocean view also comforted me...

At the place in front of "Kaiyukan (Osaka Aquarium)",
I could enjoy watching street entertainer's show.
He said he was professional but it's hard to make both ends meet in Japan;
so, I supported some after his show.
(To tell the truth, I once practiced street performance...)

プチ贅沢 （Little treat）

大阪に帰ってきてからは、１日１本の映画（Blu-ray）と
手料理（笑）のフレンチ、というスローな生活をしております。^^

最近入手したアラン・デュカスの「ルッソン　日本版」という
レシピ本を片手に、名店の味を我が家で再現するべく奮闘中ですが、
今日のカツオのバスク風なんて最高～♪( ~o~).o○
ローヌのアタッキーな赤が合いますね。（レシピ本オススメ）

プチ贅沢は料理だけにあらず・・・
何か探してみてください。^^

Watching a movie(blu-ray) a day and eating handmade French cuisine
are my slow, daily life after coming back to Osaka.

With "Lecon"(Japan version) by Alain Ducassse,
I'm struggling to realize "3-stars restaurant's cuisine" at home;
today's "Bonite a la basquaise" was really gooood.
It was truly nice with a glass of red wine, made in Cote du Rhone.
(The recipe recommends it!)

This is not an only reason for "little treat";
guess what it is from this picture.^^

錦帯橋 （Kintai-bridge）

思わず取れた夏休み。
帰省がてら、岩国にある錦帯橋を訪問～♪
天気も良く、５連の木造橋と共に、涼しげな川辺の風景と共に
夏のひと時を楽しみました・・・^^

旅のお楽しみの１つはもちろん、食事！
岩国の名物である岩国寿司、大平（煮物）などを堪能（下記）


その後、久しぶりに博多に行って、晩飯は一風堂の大名本店へ。


旅気分を満喫した１日でした。^^

Lovely summer vacation, which I did NOT expect.
On my way back to hometown, stopped by famous traditional bridge,
Kintai-bridge in Iwakuni-city.
The weather was great, scenery around was also nice, and
the wooden bridge with 5 series of arches.

The local food was also great; Iwakuni-sushi and boiled veges.


Plus, enjoyed Hakata-noodle (ramen) at Ippudo (famous restaurant).


Long drive (800km in total), but great journey with nice memory...
