パヴィヨン・ルージュ 2006 (Pavillon Rouge 2006）

もう日付は変わりましたが、昨日はちょっとしたお祝い♪
ご褒美に、シャトー・マルゴーのセカンド、パヴィヨン・ルージュの
2006年ものを堪能しました♪

ラフィットと異なり、まろやかな味わいがグッド。
若いけど、飽きが来ない感がありました。
個人的には、こちらのほうが好きかも。^^

Yesterday was a kind of anniversary for me.
So, I celebrated it with a half bottle of Pavillon Rouge du
Chateau Margaux 2006.

Apart from the second of Lafite, it tasted milder...I like it.
Of course, it was young but I felt I could enjoy it longer than ever...
Maybe, I like it better than that of Lafite.

カリュアド・ド・ラフィット 2006 （Carruades de Lafite 2006）

ちょっとした気の迷いなのか・・・
少しいいワインを大人買いしてしまいました。
これもその中の１つ、かの五大シャトーの一角、ラフィットのセカンドです。

そのままの感触は、アロマはポテンシャルを感じるけど、
舌触りはやはり「若い・・・」。
１０～１５年は寝かせられると言われるものですが、
それでも、そんじょそこらのものよりは美味しい～♪
明日になればもっと美味くなるかも？（期待）

ちなみに、料理はちょっと凝ったつくりのボロネーゼです。^^

Some crazy angel forced me to buy some precious wines...
This is one of them; the Carruades de Lafite 2006,
the second-grade wine made by the 5 major bordeaux chateau.

Its aroma made me feel its great potential,
but the taste was too young for me to feel great.
This wine would be served best from 10 to 15 years later;
however, drinking now is enough to make me happy.
It would become better tomorrow...

The pasta behind was cooked with new recipe; it was so nice!

アルテ・エゴ 2006年 （Alter Ego 2006）

飲んじゃった・・・（笑）

ここ最近は\1,000くらいのコスパ抜群のワイン中心だったので、
久しぶりに味わいがあるものを、と思いショップへ行ったら
2005年モノの半額くらいで売っていたので、即買い！

まだ若いかと思ってましたが、デキャンタ効果もあって（？）ウマっ！
そういえばマルゴー村のワインは初めて飲んだかも。
なんとなく女王のワインの片鱗を感じてる気分です。^^

Have got a glass finally...

Have enjoyed bottles of wine costing around \1,000 these days,
I went to a shop to buy a better one;
found and bought this as it cost just a half of 2005 one.

Thought it would be still young and bitter, but it was great
maybe because of the decanter and its great potential.
Probably this was my first wine made in Margoux village.
Feeling a slight flavour of queen wines...
