クリーニング （Bracelet cleaning）

今日は少し車を走らせる時間があったので、
心斎橋まで時計のお手入れと買い物に。

購入してからもうすぐ１年が経とうとしてます。
時の経つのは早いものですね・・・

Too busy these days but today was a little bit relaxing day...

it's really fast!

次から新聞紙をひこう。。。

新兵器 第2弾 （What's this?）

今日は酒屋だったり、イオンだったりで全商品１０％オフ！と
いうことで、このチャンスで欲しかったものを買いだめ♪

パッと見て、一瞬何かわからない人もいるかもしれませんが、
最新式？の体重計なんですね、これ。
１度設定すると、乗るだけで個人を判別して、
体重、体脂肪率、内臓脂肪量、筋肉量などを教えてくれる優れもの。

これによると、僕は筋肉質で人より基礎代謝量が多いみたいなんですが、
体重・内臓脂肪は多め・・・要は食いすぎ？^^;

Lots of 10% off sale were held at liquor shop and supermarket like AEON,
so I bought a lot leveraging this chance fully.

You may not understand what this is at first sight;
this is a kind of cutting-edge(?) weight scale with full of functions
such as scaling the percentage of body fat, visceral fat, and muscle.
Once you record your data, this scale recognize you just with you on it.

First trial gave me the data that says I am more muscular burning more calories, but that I have more weight and visceral fat...
This means I eat too much??

丼もいけます。（Stir-fried pork bowl）

今週末はちょっと趣向を変えて、丼としてみました♪
はまっている塩豚をカリカリに焼いた後、キャベツと葱、ゴマ、七味、
マヨネーズでちょっとから揚げ丼風に。

ポン酢をかけても美味そうですが、そのままでも結構いけます。
塩豚、応用例が多いのでオススメです。^^
（晩飯も塩豚を使った、トマト風煮込みでした。白ワインが弾みます。）

Today's lunch was stir-fried pork bowl with cabbage, sesame and Japanese onion.
Salted pork is really useful, good for a variety of recipes.

Using ponzu sauce is acceptable for this rice bowl, I think.
Really recommend you to cook with salted-pork.
(Tonight's dinner is "a boiled soup with salted-pork and tomato")

新兵器！ （New weapon at kitchen!）

すっかり料理ブログになってる気がしますが・・・
最近の週末は、料理中心に回ってるような（笑）。

今日は赤ワインが飲みたい！ということで、晩ゴハンはボロネーゼ。
それには細かなみじん切りが必要ということで・・・
先日、購入していたフードプロセッサーが登場～♪
使ってみると、これって楽しいぃ～♪^^

ちなみに使用後はこんな感じです。

Tonight, wanna drink glasses of red wine, so chose to cook spaghetti Bolognese.
Cooking it needs me to mince vegetables, so I finally used "Food processor!"
