裏側では、イギリス貴族やオックスフォード大学が、ロシアと知ってか知らずかいいように利用されているようです。
日本もカモられてました。記事ではUkijimaと書いてありますが宇久島のようです。「宇久島メガソーラー」で検索するとseriously dubiousな話がいろいろ出てきます。
でもフォトボルトがロシアというのまでは出てこないような。ちょっとしかみていないですが。オリックスも売り逃げか。至る所にロシアが蔓延。
