Hello everyone, my name is Elisa and I come from Italy.

We stayed in Tunakan Minshuku during our last trip in Japan, Oct 2015.
We bring ever a beautiful memory of this staying, the owner
Mrs. Ichiyo Kanno is a funny and great person and you can feel at home stayng in this place.
We enjoy the confortable Japanese styled rooms and the relaxing bath at all.
Mrs. Ichiyo Kanno is also the owner of a close factory that produces
delightful milky oysters sauce, that you can buy before leaving :-) (delicious!!!)

Ryosuke kun the chef have surprised us with delightful and tasty Japanese traditional cooking.
I will remember the milky oysters, the wonder tuna sashimi and the delicious mussels for ever….
We had a funny night joined with other people and the day after, finished our good breakfast made by Ryosuke,
we took a visit of the nearby factory . It was a very special experience.

Kesennuma is a pretty town located in a pretty bay and all is rising from the tsunami disasters of 2011.
I really hope to come back soon. Thank you so much for this experience.

Siamo stati al Tunakan Minshuku durante l’ ultimo viaggio in Giappone il 23 Ottobre 2015
Porteremo sempre un meraviglioso ricordo di questo luogo.
La proprietaria la Signora Ichiho Kanno è una persona simpatica e piena di vita, ti farà sentire come a casa.
Abbiamo davvero apprezzato e goduto delle comode camere in stile giapponese e del rilassante bagno.
La Signora Ichiho è anche la proprietaria di una fabbrica vicino che si dedica alla coltivazione di ostriche e alla
preparazione di un delizioso tipo di ostriche cremose in salsa… che potrete anche acquistare prima di partire (buonissime!!) : -)
Ryosuke il giovane chef ci ha sorpresi con la sua deliziosa e saporita cucina,
ricorderemo sempre le deliziose ostriche ed un meraviglioso sashimi di tonno
freschissimo per non parlare delle cozze squisite , che ci ricorderemo per sempre.
Abbiamo trascorso una serata divertente con altre persone conosciute lì e la mattina
seguente dopo un’ottima colazione preparata da Ryosuke,
abbiamo visitato la fabbrica accanto di ostriche. E’ stata una bellissima esperienza.
Kesennuma è un paese situato in una baia molto carina,
dove stanno ricostruendo tutto ciò che purtroppo lo Tsunami del 2011 ha distrutto.
Spero davvero di ritornarci presto! Grazie di cuore per tutto. A presto.
