さて、妊娠したら味覚が変わると聞きますが、Hit-chanも「これは妊娠のせいかな？」という事がありました。
So, I hear that your sense of taste change during pregnancy and I just had the experience too.
というのも、Hit-chan、普段はアイスクリーム派で、あまりアイスキャンディーを食べないのですが、最近アイスクリームよりさっぱりしたアイスキャンディーが食べたくなりました。
I'm usually an ice cream lover and always keep a box in the freezer, but I suddenly got starving for serbert type dessert, something more light and fruity.
で、Andyっちに言うとお薦めしてくれたのがこちら。
I talked to Andy about it and then he recommended this.
Popsicle（ポプシクル）

多分、アメリカではめちゃくちゃ有名なアイスキャンディーなんだと思います。
I assume this is a very famous brand in the US.

味は甘すぎず、「お～、これこれ。」と、Hit-chanが求めていた味そのものでした。
The flavor was fruity and not too sweet which was exactly what I was looking for.
でね、日本のアイスキャンディーにはたまに当たりくじが付いていると思うのですが、このPopsicleの棒には英語なぞなぞが書かれていました。
In Japan, they print an instant drawing on the sticks of some ice cream or ice pop brands. (If you win, you can get another ice cream for free.) And I found that they print a quiz on the Popsicle sticks.
で、楽しかったので、皆さんにもいくつかシェアしたいと思います。
Andy and I had so much fun with the quizzes, so I want to share them here with you too.
では、記念すべき第一問目ですが。。。
Okay, here's the first question.
"Kathy brought 2 pairs of pants to play golf. Why was it?"
「キャシーはゴルフをプレイするのに、2本のパンツを持って行きました。何故でしょう？」
はい、シンキングタイム！！！
Okay, thinking time!
チクタク、チクタク、チクタク・・・
tick-tack, tick-tack, tick-tack...
はい、時間です。答えはですねぇ。
Okay, it's time. The answer is...
"Just in case she got a hole in one!"
「ホールインワンを取った時（パンツに穴が開いた時）の為に。」
「ゴルフのホールインワン」と「パンツに穴が開いた(got a hole in one of the pants)」という2つが掛かっているんですねぇ。
Yeah, they play on "Hole in One" in Golf and "Hole in One of the pants" as you alread would know it.
分かりました？？
