日本の時間、世界の時間。
The time of Japan, the time of the world

It is hideous just to remember that this was the reality

The following is from Abiru Rui's paper published in today's Sankei Newspaper, titled Democratic Party Administration that tried to dismantle the state.
He is one of the few real reporters in service.
The comments from * to * are me.
The three editions of the Sankei Shimbun, the Yomiuri Shimbun, and the Asahi Shimbun, published on the 16th of the morning edition (this paper is 'Claims'), took up the fact that ten years have passed since the Democratic Party administration was established.
A viewpoint was different respectively when reading while indulging in the deep emotion whether or not to already so leave since then.
Sankei, entitled 'Take a realistic Security Treaty policy,' points out the diplomatic and security lessons left by the Democratic Party administration.
'The biggest failure is neglecting diplomatic security.' 'Another failure is the misunderstanding that political leadership is the exclusion of bureaucracy.'
Yomiuri was titled 'Do you repeat the Democratic Party's mistakes?' And urged the current political party, such as the Constitutional Democratic Party and the National Democratic Party, to 'do you want to make use of reflection'?
For example, it is as follows.
'Promises that ignored feasibility were forced to be revised one after another.'
'It's natural that 'congeries' (from conservatives to former Socialist parties) couldn't cope with difficult political challenges.'
Evaluation with constant Asahi Shimbun
Both newspapers read lessons and reflections from the Democratic Party administration and admonish the descendant party, but Asahi was different.
Asahi Shimbun gave the constant evaluation to a Democratic Party administration as follows in a title with 'Make an inheritance utilization opposition axis' and missed it.
'Do not forget the significance of the change of government itself.'
'Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's repeated nightmare is too unilateral. We must evaluate what we have achieved calmly and fairly.'
'The frustration of the administration does not mean that these ideas were wrong.'
In this column, dated February 15, I listed the failure of the Democratic Party's manifesto (political commitment), politically led strays, lack of governance capabilities and internal struggles, diplomatic / security failures, and economic downturns. The above concludes that there is no doubt that that era was a nightmare.
So Asahi's view is difficult to understand, but it must have been a brilliant time for Asahi.
Asahi highly appreciates the concept of 'new public' that Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama (at that time) presented in his first general policy speech, which supports not only the administration but also local citizens and businesses.
What may this mean?
A deadly lack of national view
Mr. Oriza Hirata, a playwright, who was the brain of Mr. Hatoyama and also served as a member of the Cabinet Secretariat, spoke at the symposium in February 2010.
* It is hideous just to remember that this was the reality *
'I'm talking to Hatoyama. The 21st century will be the 100th year of how to dismantle the modern state.'
Hatoyama said, 'I don't know what the country is.'
This is in line with the assertion that 'the Japanese archipelago is not only a property of the Japanese.'
In addition, the succeeding Prime Minister Naoto Kan is devoted to Mr. Junichi Matsushita of the List of political scientists and writes in his book 'Practice Matsushita Theory in Political Place.' What is that theory?
Give a simplified explanation, it is the idea of disrupting national governance and shifting power to citizens and local governments.
* Asahi Shimbun made such a party and human beings take an administration. *
In other words, it can be said that the fact that the Democratic Party administration tried to execute and that Asahi still admires is the idea of national dismantling.
However, the aftermath of the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami that occurred at the time of the Kan cabinet, the large-scale blackout damage caused by Typhoon No. 15 revealed that the importance of the frame of the community of a state and the importance of making it function neatly.
It isn't entrusted with governing of a country absolutely while the view about a country doesn't agree or the Constitutional Democratic Party and the National Democratic Party it lacks in it.
