ウエストブロム戦では　ロホに代わり　１８歳のジャクソンが交代出場、

クリスタル・パレス戦では　１７歳のツアンゼベが　ベンチに入りました、フィル・ジョーンズが病気だったため（血栓症）

ファンハールは　今後も　ユース出身者に　チャンスを与えていくと話しています。

どうして　ＷＢ戦では　ツアンゼベではなくて　ジャクソンだったかというと　

ジャクソンは　ＣＢと左ＳＢ両方でき　利き足が　左だそうです。

（複数ポジションできるのと　左足が効き足　というのが　好まれたらしいです）

ロホは　ずっと試合に出ていたので　少し交代させたかったらしいです。

ホームの試合の時は　たいてい　前日にローリーホテルに宿泊して　戦術会議があるので

若いツアンゼベやジャクソンには　新鮮な体験だったと思われます。

そうすると　ロホの交代要員がいなかったので　ジャクソンにとっては　またとないチャンスだったわけですね、

この試合　フェライーニをベンチ外してまで　ジャクソンをベンチに入れたのには　驚きです。

私は今まで殆ど知らなかったのですが　ＦＷらしいです、トップ下が得意で　必ずしも　今やっているウインガーではないそうです、ドリブルが素晴らしく　得意なのだそうです。

 

ちなみに　あちこちみると　アントニオ・バレンシアが　いつの間にか　ＤＦの選手にされているのが　ちょっとショックかな。

Man Utd boss Louis van Gaal has revealed why right-back Matteo Darmian was replaced with Antonio Valencia at St Mary's on Sunday.

Louis van Gaal has revealed he replaced Matteo Darmian with Antonio Valencia at half-time against Southampton because the Italian couldn't handle Dusan Tadic.

Darmian has made a successful start to his career at Old Trafford following his £14m move from Torino in the summer. But he struggled on his Champions League group stage debut against PSV Eindhoven last week.

And Van Gaal has revealed he was forced to substitute the 25-year-old after 45 minutes against Southampton on Sunday because he couldn't cope with Serbia winger Tadic.

 

Van Gaal said: "He gave too much space to Tadic in my opinion, so that's why I brought on Valencia.

“I didn't see Tadic in the second half, did you? It was a tactical change because Tadic had a lot of space and was very dangerous for us.

"I wanted to eliminate that with Valencia and he did that very well I think."

（ファンハールが何をやっているか、　ファンハールのコメントとか、　退屈しないですよね）

今シーズン　レッドで退場した選手と言えば　ショー、スモーリング、ディマリア。

アンフィールドでは　最後まで　１１人で戦えるようにするため　練習しているそうです、

ファンハールが　審判に扮して　ホイッスルを吹き　冷静でいることの大切さを選手たちに話しているのだそうです。

このことは　明日のランチの後にも　また　選手に話すそうです。

プレミアリーグで　もっとも激しいのが　マージーサイドダービー（エバートン　ｖｓ　リバプール）　次に激しいのが　マンチェスターＵ　ｖｓ　リバプールだそうで　２３年間に１５枚のレッドが出たそうです、（レッドのみならず　イエローも多かったと思います。）

データーを分析するのが好きなファンハールは　

最後まで１１人で戦うことが大切　と　選手たちに教えているのだそうです。

ファンハール監督は　ユナイテッドを引退したら　フットボールから　足を洗い　家族のために　時間を過ごしたい　と話しています、（うーん、リバプール戦の前の　このタイミングで　どうして　この話なのか？）

彼の妻は　５年前から　今すぐ辞めて　と言っているそうです、ポルトガルがお気に入りで　余生をポルトガルで過ごしたいとも。

戦術に関しては　選手たちとも　話すそうです、　キャリックやルーニーも　アイディアを出すとか、

特に　キャリックは　トレーナーコーチのようでもあり　陣形やシステムについても話したがるそうです。

サイドラインから　どなったろころで　ゲームを変えられるとは思わない

Van Gaal’s predecessor, Sir Alex Ferguson, infamously spent much of the game in the technical area, pointing at his watch and haranguing officials, but the current United manager claims that such an approach cannot influence a referee.

 

“I don’t think I can influence the referee, no,” the Dutchman said. “When I was in my first year I did everything, but I learned to be more quiet. You think the referee was ­looking at Ferguson? On television you can see that because every television station is recording the manager, I know. But the referee is not looking at the television. Maybe after the match, but then he can’t change anything any more.”

レフリーは　監督を見ているわけではない、

テレビは監督の様子を記録しているので　テレビでは　監督を見ることができるが　

レフリーはテレビを見ていない

（だから　時計を見たり　時計を指さしたりしても　監督が時間延長できるわけではないし）

監督が何か変えることができるわけではない。
