On my day off today I got up just after 6 in the morning .
While I had a coffee, I started to do my work on PC.
After one hour I stopped to do my work.
Before 8 I started running.
As usual I took a bicycle to the runnning starting point(as below) for my running .
Finally I managed to make a running for 45 minutes today.
My record for running today was not so good compared to the good physical condition days of myself.
Today I made a run on the nearby road as below.
I bought new MD player these days because my old MD player had been out of order.
New player is so comfortable to listen.
I always listen to my favorite music while running.
Without music , I can't continue my running.
