After a long absence,today,I could take a jog around the pond nearby and go out for a jog to the city road.
Because I have been very busy at my work recently, I could not have had a time for running.
But today I could take a jog on my day off.
Under the winter sky I took a jog for an hour,
but my physical condition was not so good,
I sometimes took a walk during my running time.
We must take a jog as possible as we can in order to keep our running power and healty condition.
This is my ideal thought. An ideal thought should be done.
