I have much time recently compared to my previous situation.
Then, I had to study so much in order to pass the qualification test .
But it ended anyway a little before.
For a long time I could not run because of my test
and I had to endure my undesirable circumstance.
Now, I can see the autumn scenery while I am running around the pond.
By routine jogging I want to keep my condition and decrease my weight,at least 3 kilo.
資格テストの勉強が済んで、ようよう時間が持てるようになりました。
通るための勉強ばかりで、ジョッギングをしたくても、我慢をするという状況が続きましたが、
とにかくテストは終わりました。
いつもの池の周りを走っていると秋の気配を十分に感じます。
深まる秋も徐々に移ろいで行くのでしょう。
幸せな一瞬です
日々のジョギングにより身体の健康も維持し、運動不足で付いた肉を落としたいです、少なくとも３キロほど。
