先々週の鍋会以来、鍋が我が家（笑）でマイブーム。
今日はねぎま鍋でございまーす。
カツオと葱にフライパンで軽く火を通し、こんぶとカツオの一番だしに
男前豆腐、まいたけと揚げと一緒に投入～♪
ポン酢と一緒であ～美味しい・・・(^^)
準備が楽チンであったまるので、しばらく家鍋が続きそうです・・・

My favorite these days is cooking with nabe (Japanese meal in a pan).
Tonight, I boiled fairly stir-fried tuna, Japanese onion, maitake
(Japanese champignon), tofu and deep-fried tofu in a Japanese soup.
This was really gooooood.....(I'm happy)
It is easy to cook and delicious, so will continue for days, I guess...
