連休中は予想にはんして忙しいです。おそらく木曜日と土曜日は忙しくなると思います。本日は夜は少し肌寒かったですが、ジムはかなり熱気があり、みなさん大量の汗を流しながらトレーニングに励んでいました。RDrからコンタクトスポーツの危険性についていろいろと教えていただきましたが、ボクシングもコンタクトスポーツのひとつだから、責任のある指導を行うためには医学的な知識とアドヴァイスしてくれる人が必要であることを実感させられました。MOBでは少ない機会ではありますがコンタクトマスボクシングを行っています。基本的にボクシングは頭をたたくスポーツです。ボクシングは危険であるという事を留意してマスボクシングに参加していただけるようお願いします。MOBは学校の運動クラブではなく、社会人が集まるクラブですので、けがをしたりさせたり、ひとりびとりが不快な思いをしないように、管理者側も十分に注意し配慮していきますので、ご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。MOBはホワイトボクシングクラブです。
MOBは女性の比率が高いです。暑くなってきますがMOBではジム内で裸でトレーニングすることは禁止しています。ベテランの方々が紳士的な行動をとってくれているので、ジムではそういう下品な行為はみられませんが、まわりがジムの雰囲気をよくしようとしてくださることに感謝しています。ユニークなボクシングクラブHPhttps://oliveclub.wixsite.com/my-site
It was so busy day beyond expectation during the holidays. Probably Thursday and Saturday will be busy. Today, it was a little chilly at night, but the gym was quite hot and everyone was training hard and sweating a lot. The RDr taught me many things about the dangers of contact sports, and made me realize that boxing is also a contact sport, and that I need medical knowledge and someone who can advise us in order to teach it responsibly. Although MOB offers contact mass boxing, you basically punch at head of your opponent. We ask that you keep in mind that boxing is dangerous and that you participate in mass boxing. MOB is not a school athletic club, but a club for ordinaly people or women, so we will be very careful and considerate to avoid injury or discomfort to any one person.
MOB has a high percentage of female members. Although it is getting hotter, MOB does not allow upper your body naked"shirtless" training in the gym. The experienced members act like gentlemen, so we don't see such vulgar behavior in the gym, I appreciate member's cooperations.
