How has your day started today?
いよいよ、一大プロジェクトが始動しました。
Yeah, today is the celebrating first day of the big trip to Japan.
今朝、6時半くらいに家を出発しました。
We left home about 6:30 am this morning.
ブラッド君が昨日から家に泊まりにきてくれて、一緒に銀ちゃんに乗って空港まで来て、そのまま銀ちゃんを運転して帰ってくれました。
Brad stayed over at our house last night and gave us a ride to the airport.
いやぁ、ここからは日本語オンリーね。という事は、適当な英語の文を考えないとね。(笑)
This morning, it's about 6F and freaking freezing!!!
うちのAndyっち、ほんま短気？？
I just checked the weather in Kyoto and it says 52F overthere.
緊張すればするほど、必要以上にテンパって、めっちゃイライラするんですよ～。
You know, I've been gone from my hometown over 7 years and I don't remember how the winter weather overthere is like anymore.
私達夫婦の場合、Hit-chanは起こりうる最高の状況を考えるタイプなのに対して、Andyっちは起こりうる最悪の状況を考えるタイプなのです。
I bet it'll be fine outside because of the warmer temperature, but my concern is in the apartment room.
それに加えて完璧主義な部分もあるもんで、何か一つ予定通りにいかないとすっごいイライラするんですねぇ。
I've been very spoiled by the central heating system here, but I'm not sure how chilly the apartment room would be like.
今朝もほんま機嫌が悪くて、Hit-chan、「は～。。。。。」ってなりました。
Anyways, I'm looking forward to see how much I've been stronger to coldness this time.
まぁ、2人で良いバランスを保っているんですけどね。
So, at the airport, I felt so bad for the workers to take care of checking in and dropping off laggages OUTSIDE.
とにかく、無事にフライトにもチェックインできて、セキュリティゲートも通過して、安心したのか、Andyっち、普段通りの落ち着きを取り戻しました。良かった、良かった。(笑)
Andy said they can get tips, but personally, I'd rather work inside without getting tips. LOL
で、無事にセキュリティゲートを通った後は。。。
After we went through the security gate...
はい、免税店、チェックするよねぇ。
We checked the duty-free shop, of course.
もちろん、チェックしたのはウィスキーで、Andyっち、
Without a doubt, Andy checked their Whiskey selection.
「この銘柄、免税店以外では買えないし、でも日本のウィスキーも買いたいし、どうすれば良い？」
"You can't get this outside duty-free, but I want to buy Japanese Whiskey over there too. What do you think?"
と悩みに悩み、正直どうでも良いHit-chanは「好きなようにしいや。」という、素晴らしいアドバイスをしてあげました。(笑)
He was debating for a few mins, so I gave him a great advice, "Whatever you want!" Haha
で、結局、16年もののスコッチウィスキーを購入しました。
After all, he purchased 16 year-old Scotch Whiskey.
で、Hit-chanはこんな巨大なチュッパチャップスを発見して、テンション上がってました。(笑)
Me?? I was so excited to find these giant Chupa Chups, but I didn't buy them without a doubt.
で、ほんとに今現在はこんな感じ。疲れたよね。
Now, we've got to the gate and are killing the time. Andy's a little tired now.
という訳で、繊細なAndyっち、日本をちゃんと満喫できますように！！
