るかもしれませんね。はたしてそうでしょうか？
障害をお持ちの方には、さまざまな社会資源（対象者の夢や希望を満たすた
めの制度や施設、サービスや協力者を指します。病院や日中活動のための生活介護施設や就労支援施設もここに入り
ます。)を複数利用してひとり暮らしを実現している方も中にはいらっしゃいます。
病院のデイケアを利用しながら家族と一緒に暮らしている方もいらっしゃいます。
社会資源を活用すれば、外で活動したり、人と話したりできるので、その人
がその人らしく生きられる入口にたてるのではないでしょうか。
人はひとりでは生きていけません。
なんらかのハンデがあれば尚更です。
だからこそ周りとたくさん関わることで、その人らしい生活ができるような
仕組みができるといいですね。
ひとりの人に頼り過ぎるのは依存ですか？
たくさんの人や制度に少しずつ頼っていくということは、困った時に誰に頼
るか、自分で「決める」ということもでき、自立につながるのではないでしょうか。
たとえ経済的に自立していても母親に精神的に頼りきっているのは自立と
えるでしょうか。
また、働くことはできなくても、精神的には誰かに頼りきりにならず、自分
できちんと物事を決めて生活している方はどうでしょう。
自分らしく生きていくには周りに頼ったりアドバイスをもらいながらも、自分
自身で自分のことを考えて決めていくことが必要だと思います。
「ひとり暮らししたいなぁ、でも鬱だからすぐ疲れちゃう」→委託介護を利用してヘルパーさんに家事を手伝ってもらう。
やっと退院になったけど、家にいるとだらだらしてきちんと薬が飲めないかもしれないなぁ。」
→訪問介護を利用して服薬の確認をしてもらう。
家まで来てもらえるので生活の困りごとや健康状態を伝えやすい。
Drとも連携しているとのことなので的確なアドバイスが受けられる。
しかし、このような社会資源は必要としている方が、実は知りませんでしたということもあります。
病院の先生やワーカーさん、或いは保険所、相談支援事業所に相談してみましょう。
中には仲間から教えてもらって窓口につながる方もいらっしゃると思います。
私も実はそうでした。障害手帳の取り方さえ分かりませんでした。
手帳があれば県営バスが半額で乗れるとか、スマホの契約で毎日少し割をしてもらえるなんてことを知ったのは最近でした。
障害者枠で働くのにも手帳ほ必要でした。
対人恐怖のため障害福祉課に書類を持っていくのもためらっていましたが、相談支援支援事業所の職員さんが見守ってくださったので、無事に申請が出来たのでした。
自分で選んで決める。それも自立のひとつです。

Some say not rely on parents mentally or economically.
However, is that so?
People with disabilities receive various social resources
(it means the systems and facilities, and service
and supporters which meet subjects’ dreams or hope.
The life care facilities and employment support facilities
for hospitals and daytime activities included.)
utilize those support there are people realize living alone.
There people who live alone using hospital’s day care.
If you utilize social resources
you can have activities outside and talk to people,
so you can open the door to live yourself.
We can’t live only by ourselves.
If you have handicap it’s more difficult.
So that’s why having a relationship with many people,
it makes that you can build structure that can make you live your life.
Is relying on one person dependence?
Relying on various persons and systems a bit, means
if you have got a trouble decide who to ask for the help by yourself,
it leads you to independence.
Even though if you are independent economically,
if you rely on your mother mentally, can you say it’s really independent?
How about if you can’t work not rely on anyone,
deciding things by yourself and living by yourself?
To live true to yourself receiving advices from the people around,
it requires to think about yourself and decide your things by yourself.
“Wanna live alone, but I will get tired easily because I have depression problem.”
→ Using entrusted care and have a helper to help housework.
“I finally left hospital, if I’m home I’m lazy, so I might not take medicine properly.”
→ Use home care and check if you take medicine properly.
Helpers visit your home you can easily tell them troubles in life and health conditions.
You can receive accurate advices because they cooperate with a doctor.
However, the people who need these kind of social resources don’t know about it often.
Consult the Doctor at the hospital and the case-workers or the health center or the consultation support office.
I think there are people who were introduced by allies and to become connected with counter.
In fact, I was the same, I didn’t know how to receive a disability certificate.
I recently noticed if you have a disability certificate you can take a prefectural bus a half of the price,
and you can get a little amount of discount with smartphone.
The disability certificate required to work as disabled person.
Because of social anxiety I hesitate to bring documents to disability welfare division,
but the staff of consultation support office came with me, so I could apply for it.
Choose and decide by yourself. It is a prat of independence.
