wuzband

RD３月号の記事、辞書にも載った新語で私が気に入った二つ目は次ぎの単語です。
・wuzband: A former husband
何故かこの単語はRDではMerriam-Webster Open Dictionaryに載っていると書かれているのに辞書では見あたりませんでした。　しかし、Macmillan Dictionaryに "wuz" を次ぎの様に説明してあるのを見つけました。

"wuzband" は発音通りなので意味は直ぐに分かります。この単語を使う ex-wifeは恐らく "wuzband" に全く未練はない様子が感じられますがどうでしょう？　この単語もUrban Dictionaryに説明が次ぎの様にあります。
A wuzband is a has-been husband and it's a great way to refer to your "Ex". Wuzband embodies a touch of humor and you and your friends don't have to honor him with his given name.
