今日も楽しくキッチンドランカー！？ （Cotes de porc charcutiere）

たまには料理中の様子をパチリ♪

今夜ははまっているポテサラと、フレンチ風の豚ロースステーキ！
で、今日も？料理中にビールを堪能・・・あぁ、幸せ。

で、出来上がりの姿はこれ↓

豚ロースのシャルキュティエール風というらしいんですが、
かなりソースが美味い・・・
（材料はバター、白ワイン、玉ねぎだけなのに！）

気分だけはリッチです。。。^^;
