Japanese Speaking Call Centre Agent - CT
Permanent skilled level position
Benefits: Medical aid and pension fund
Salary: R12 500 + shift allowance
Assists all Japanese users/clients (primary language).
Assists with overflow for English speaking customers (secondary language).
Meets or exceeds the monthly sales targets as set by management.
Responds to incoming customer queries via all contact mediums (call, live chat and e-mail).
Ensures that all communication (in Japanese and English) with our users/clients is of the required/expected quality.
Ensures that all communication and volume received is dealt with and responded to in the required time frame
Ensures that all customers are correctly assisted and retained.
Completes assigned out bounding tasks within the required time frame.
Must have:
2 - 3 years customer care experience preferably from a high contact environment.
Must be fluent in Japanese both written and spoken, as a first / native language.
Above average English communication, both written and spoken.
Must be able to communicate clearly and must have excellent telephonic and written communication ability.
Intermediate computer literacy(specifically MS Office and internet application
Moderate typing skill/accuracy, in Primary Language (average 30 WPM with 90% accuracy).
Strong attention to detail and distinct ability to identify and solve problems.
The ability to swiftly adapt to changes in workplace and industry.
