Considering “Time Machine”

Can we make a so-called “Time Machine” in the future and visit our past and future? Even if we detect the time lag due to the difference of the gravitational field in physical experiment, the object is still present and not going to the future. Moreover, wandering around the universe for long and returning to the earth, even if it is the future of the Earth, for that person it is nothing else his present time, so it is not a time machine unless you can return to the original present.

Here I will not discuss arguments in philosophy and physics, but I am thinking here from the perspective of consciousness of time beyond the framework of science. We perceive only one direction time flowing from the past to the future, but this is just a sense of life beings, thinking of the possibility that the dimension of time is not only one. It may be possible to shift to any time location if you can access it at that other time. I assume that the basis of all substances has a state as a preliminary step of consciousness, and that it has a property that brings about synchronization of time. If we can grasp its essence, it will be transcending the flow of time.

The preconditions for thinking are as follows. First, there is lapse of time when there is some change, even if there is no entity that is conscious of it. Secondly, living beings are constantly making changes such as exchange of substances to live. Moreover, organisms evolve towards increasing the efficiency of survival as evolution. This is the idea that living organisms are centralized by the consciousness of living and that this consciousness tends to rise while maintaining life as one individual.

 

Change and Lapse of time

We feel that the time in daily life is continuous outside of us passing as analog way. However, in the microscopic perspective, it is possible to think that it is necessary for time to pass, because a living organism needs internal changes. When a substance has changed from the previous state to the current state, the minimum unit time elapsed, and the change occurred in that course of time. It means that there has been a passage of time to distinguish that state when it changed from one state to another. When time has passed, it means that something has changed at all times. The substances related with living state are constantly changing due to internal circulation, so time has to pass. In other words, in the universe where life exists, the sensory organs of life have the property of capturing the change of matter, and the time elapses individually according to the change.

I think that all substances have a characteristic of the preliminary stage of consciousness in which leaves traces behind time with some change. In the case of human beings, we develop brains and create languages, communicate with each other and act collectively. Therefore, for the convenience of living in groups, our feeling of time has synchronized to the group or society. So that, it may misunderstand for us that time is one as an immutable passing, after discovery that the celestial bodies are moving in a certain way.

However, the passage of time inside an organism is not one as humans perceive, but it is necessary for the basic structure that various substances changes and circulates for the maintenance of life. Changes necessary for maintaining life combine and these changes effectively occur under the purpose of maintaining life in one individual. The time to support the change here is the state change of related substances, which should originally relate to the basic properties of substances. The set of substances there are synchronizing the state of various changes along the passage of time, and the purpose of maintaining life is carrying out. That is, changes in that state are meaningful only when the whole is synchronizing as one biological response.

The synchronization has completed so that our body can make the desired change per unit time exactly. Meantime, accurate relations of changes are required, so that the passage of time adjusts. The passage of time is not before the change and the time does not progress on its own, but the changing state of substances occurs every unit time, just like time moves. What is moving is not the time, but the change of substances including us.

When we perceive the passage of time, it is in a situation where we need to admit only one time flow in the necessity to make a change for living. We recognize that there is a certain lapse of time to observe movement objectively. We convince that all substances of this world synchronize at a fixed time and only that time. However, in fact, when we perceive the passage of time, there are times when we feel early or late in individual time rather than a fixed time. It is a feeling that it is different from the time that is common in the world. In other words, we live in the custom of thinking on a fixed time flowing in common. It is not necessarily the same as the flowing time in the individual consciousness. That is because the changes required for individual living activities in living organisms cannot be in a completely constant process. We are in a situation where social needs force us to admit only one time flow. In our perception, one passage of time of this world synchronizes at all times. Where does the feeling of being in sync with this one time comes from?

 

Causality of life

When the unit time moves in the change necessary for maintaining life, the flow becomes a direction in which consciousness of living moves from the past to the future due to the causal relationship for holding life. However, if there is a state that exceeds three-dimensional space in the universe, there are situations unrelated to that causality, and there may be the situation where the time goes back or to the other ways.

Before considering that, when we are holding a change that continues the activation of life in a three-dimensional space that we can recognize, we think here how we can distinguish between living and not living as a mass of substances.

When many substances aggregate into a mass, living thing is one whose whole body is autonomous in synchronization because the consciousness for living in the center generates. In order for the living organism to occur in the universe, there must be a history of progressing from the preliminary stage of life to the life activity in the collection of substances. So, if a substance is in the same base structure (so-called atom) both life and not life, all substances should be based on the same property that resonates to living state. We would premise that all substances have the property of orienting consciousness for living originated with basic structure.

In other words, the collection of huge substances constituting living things is hiding a mechanism to synchronize to the consciousness for living. All substances hold a characteristic that aggregates and goes to a special state that activation of living. Living organisms are produced by combining a huge number of basic substances (atoms) ordinarily existing in the universe and complicatedly and efficiently combining them. Moreover, I think, all the substances in the universe would have a resonant nature aggregating and orienting to consciousness for living things. Therefore, a mass without life is in a stage before life, or in a circulation with living things, regardless good or bad. When the resonance going to consciousness for living larger on the huge aggregating substances, the direction to living makes clearer, there is a possibility that consciousness for living will synchronize in the center and occur to activate. I call it the word “pre-consciousness” state as the nature in the pre-stage to living. In other words, the basis of all substances (deeper than the state of atoms) is in a state of pre-consciousness that acts together and adjusts the synchronization of time. The more various many substances gather, the more property of resonance emphasizes to the living state, and the more connects and centralizes to consciousness for living.

In old days, since the living consciousness became clearer in a mass, it made clear a nature that identified and selected things to activate life and evolved gradually, that is, the consciousness of life arose. An organism has improved the structure of sensory organs and the function of the brain from one cell to intellectual life. In our current science, we do not elucidate yet as life is still unique state where an organism is autonomously moving, but it could cause by the nature of the basic substance. Since the current scientific analysis method classifies substances objectively in a fixed state, there may be bias in the way of recognition of substances.

If mental energy such as consciousness is spreading widely in the universe and it is the source of both solid matter and life, it will be impossible to elucidate even if examining only the state where substances physically fixes like solid matter. We have accumulated scientific knowledge and experiences to date, but if current knowledge holds on various hypotheses, there are many parts that we do not know if it is true or not due to hypotheses. Based on our current results obtained as characteristics of substances by scientific experiments and observations, we think about things to explain the reason within our limitation of brain structure. We are still in a stage where we observe the change of substances under hypothesis within narrow range.

We have to think within the range in which recognition patterns collected in the brain made by the information obtained from our sensory organs. In other words, our brain can only think about within the range of combinations of memorized experience patterns. It will depend on the degree of development in our brain's recognition. Therefore, since our human race is still in the midst stage of evolution, there is a possibility that we cannot observe precisely about exceeding the current framework in the universe.

 

Life and Time Dimension

In the universe, there may be a possibility of various time dimensions as well as one time we feel. When we examine the beginning of universe, we do not convince whether there was at the same framework as the present time, so it seems for us that the consideration of one certain time basis is not enough to conclude. If there is no movement in the universe, it needs no time, and when there is a reason for some change to need, the passage of time is required to apply to the change. When the causal position needs to point to it, the relationship between before and after decides. We can think that the degree of the state in the course depend on the nature of the change.

If there is the Creator of the universe and manipulates the causal effects of life, the situation should be beyond our frame of time. On the other hand, if there is entirely emptiness situation in the universe, time cannot flow. In a situation where any irregular special change occurs, there will be a possibility that a different course occurs against time that life perceives. If so, there should be another flow of time, not just one time. At our current stage where the whole structure of the universe is still unclear, it is not a rule in the whole universe that only one flow of time is basic and that it is constant. The passage of time from the past to the future belongs to the behavior of life requiring change of causality and it is certain that life has the ability to select and synchronize that time we can experience.

From the attributes of substances in the universe, because of the existence of life, I can assume that the substance has a state as a preliminary stage of living consciousness, that is, a prior consciousness. When that consciousness starts resonating towards life, it is necessary for many substances to gather and to synchronize the time. At that time, I think that the pre-consciousness of the substance has the property of identifying and selecting things that lead to life. What is needed is some energy to rise to the consciousness of living. I think that the subtle energy may spread throughout the universe. The passage of time specialized for life constitutes one time dimension by the nature whose pre-consciousness synchronizes with minimum unit time. If the spiritual energy in the universe is full and it creates the structure of consciousness, the possibility to manipulate the flow of time will come up after we struggle to elucidate it. Therefore, if you can access another time dimension by utilizing the resonance of the consciousness in the substances making up the living body, it will be possible to make a round trip to any point of our time. To that end, you will need to understand what is pre-consciousness and how spiritual energy spreads in the universe.

 

Beyond a flow of time

We feel that time is an external indicator, and it is a process forced to flow in a certain direction. We think that time is moving according to the entire world, and there is no sense of incompatibility and everything in the world moves unconsciously the same frame of time. I think that this is due to the nature of life. We feel that everyday time is passing in our sense as the accumulation of individual internal experience. From the fact that life has evolved gradually progressing from the birth, it flows on a direction in which consciousness rises, while continuing the activation of life. Therefore, it is the property of the basis of life.

Changes in the evolution of life have required the passage of time, which has progressed in a direction come to intelligence, constituting a group living in society, as the result of constructing sensory organs and nervous system accordingly. The tissues of life are connecting by synchronization of pre-consciousness in substances that make up, and the each state of changes placed in unit time affects our sensory organs and memories. It forms a flow that appears as a dimension of time as life organisms.

In present days, with the intelligence of humans, the passage of time for us has become oriented towards individual development of ability and change to improvement of living style. We head to clearly intention rising due to awareness of self-consciousness. The energy of our mind takes an action as a will and acts as a motive to make a change, which is different for each person. However, subtle difference in the passage of time occurred in each people forges and averages by social compulsion. In future, humans will be aware of the intention as the effect of spiritual energy from mind, as well as maintaining body as reaction of life activity, and spiritual energy will work main part of the activities. Those changes of self-consciousness caused from spiritual energy should affect the passage of time.

With the rise of consciousness bringing intelligence, there is the possibility that we shall exceed the limit of three-dimensional space and one direction of time. Three-dimensional space and the passage of time are indispensable as far as the existence and change of life substances, but from the perspective of whole universe, the probability exceeding our space and time should be inevitable. It may be more likely that there are circumstances in which time dimensions overlap in various high dimension spaces, and life will perceive another time beyond the limitation. Although we cannot catch up with our perception at present, we can think an idea that will extend the dimension of time.

Here, I think about the possibility that the trace of the spiritual energy of consciousness remains as a record of the change that life is activating to rise, at each unit time in outer space, even if the passage of time from the past to the future is indispensable to life beings. This is like an image in which a gravitational field records distortion in space. The situation per unit time is a change in consciousness going upward, which links with the spiritual energy working in consciousness, so I think that the state change of that energy describes the rise of consciousness. In other words, at each time recognized by the living organism, the change in consciousness rise is recording every unit time, and it should be able to refer.

Given the trace in which life has evolved, even in the early days of single-celled creatures, the structures of proteins and genes almost completed, and careful preparations had been made as if they knew the way to intellectual life from the beginning. In other words, in the collection of substances, the resonance of pre-consciousness that was in the stage of pre-life substance was likely to have known the state of the future in cooperation with another time. Therefore, if a substance has a pre-conscious nature, then it is possible to transcend time. As for this transcendence, the situation of all changes in the past and the future has recorded as spiritual energy in the unit time, and always the new change will add to the record.

When the consciousness of living is centralized and gathered up as an organism, behavior as a living thing has the priority of sustaining alive, and it is impossible to transcend the time like the stage of pre-consciousness. We synchronize time with the perceived world in our brain. The spiritual energy trying to maintain life converges to a living consciousness, and it is only action to the direction to maintain life. Its spiritual energy has a direction to evolve living things and to raise consciousness and fix the flow of time to change in growth and evolution of life.

However, if each one of the basic substances that make up our body has the nature of pre-consciousness, and if we can put it into the level of spiritual energy, we can access another dimension of time through pre-consciousness. If there is a state of pre-consciousness in the fundamental characteristics of a substance and it is the key to manipulating the time flowing in the one direction from the past to the future, we can see a possibility that the body will move to arbitrary time.

Introduction

Looking at the mountain scenery where the sun is slowly going down into the west edge of the sky and the clouds turn red. Small birds are crying and flying across the front as if to hurry home. The wind touches the skin as the temperature lowers and feels comfortable. If we are enjoying such changes in nature, we will feel something fulfilling. What shall we feel if the sight that we actually see is not restricted to our sensory organs?

What you can see is the wavelength of the light between the ultraviolet and infrared, and you can feel it with color. However, if you can see plants and animals beyond that range, your eyes will see unclear shapes those are complicated more intricately like with a halo. If you expand the range wider and you can see the electromagnetic waves, the target plants and animals cannot distinguish clearly, disturbed by electromagnetic waves of radio or mobile phones. Moreover, in our brain that identifies those shapes, the pattern of judging objects increases significantly, and our brain's information processing will exceed the limitation of ability. Even if it is not only visual but also hearing, smell or tactile sense, the more increasing the amount of information, the wider the brain has to expand patterns to identify and select. In the evolution of living organisms, the sensory organs have formed to concentrate surviving and gradually expanding or eliminating the functions and abilities, so that they are limited to the extent needed in the living environment. The present form of living organisms comes because of the necessity to develop while keeping the whole body balanced for living.

Living organisms are gradually evolving over time, from single-celled organisms to multiple cellular organisms, individual cells gathered and have a structure with tissues. Organisms use skillfully the characteristics of macromolecules such as proteins to maintain life activities. When the organism becomes higher to some extent, it has gained the ability to organize the nervous system and to form the brain, and identify the external world with a sensory organ. Many enzymes work in such tissues and organs, chemical reactions such as energy production cycles carry out using substances taken from the outside world. For such chemical reactions carried out in vivo, it is of course sequential procedure before and after on the passage of time. Moreover, there are changes that organisms grow and evolve based on the passage of time. In order to cause evolutionary mutation, organisms start with one cell such as spore or egg. For a spore or an egg, organisms need to grow to adults for producing it, and each organism is repeating generation with its own life span. In other words, as the time goes steadily in one direction, living things have been progressing smoothly.

With the flow of evolution of life, the living organisms have raised the stage towards intellectual beings on the passage of time by repeating mutations that cross generations while maintaining life. For the movements where the whole organisms are involved like a system, the passage of time in one direction is a premise and is essential. However, long ago when the movement to aggregate things to life on the earth began, and before the birth of the first life succeeded, there had been a passage that a myriad of combination candidates appeared before birth of life and repeatedly culled out, selected a suitable form for life. Had the elapsed time before this birth of life been the same as the time after birth of life? Even in contemporary science, there seems to be cases in which the time of the micro area is different from the time we feel. What I think about is that life beings need only the time to pass in one certain direction such as the past to the future, because the lapse of time is essential for life, although in fact there may be various kinds of time in the universe.

 

Miracle of Life occurrence

Many proteins play a major role in cells that are the basis of living organisms, but the structure of those proteins is almost similar both single cell and a higher organism. Considering the roles of enzymes that promote chemical reaction at normal temperature and the roles of immunity specifically identified by three-dimensional structure of proteins, life could have realized precise functions over time. Living organisms have complicated by maintaining an organization as one individual, adding functions to adapt efficiently to the outside world during long generation alternation. The flow that led to the realization of exact complex organisms starting with a single-celled organism, is worthy of surprise. It seems that there was a basic preparation to cause mechanisms that promoting evolution of species. In other words, in the early days of simple organisms, life seems to have already known the future, and created the base from the beginning. It is that life knew the successors of a long time later would acquire complicated functions and various forms, because life had established from the beginning the proper basis for developing the nerve and forming the brain. It depended on macromolecules such as amino acids and proteins before the birth of life, and the organization composed of many proteins gradually evolved to become life beings. Moreover, we have to think why did a single-celled organism form a nucleus in the cell and how could it create a structure that encompasses the evolutionary mechanism of the genes?

If there is a phenomenon of life occurrence in this universe, here and there are always the possibilities that life will happen at any time. Movements in which substances that trigger the occurrence of life will concentrate should have repeated without limit while conditions met. Lots of pre-life lumps that occurred there should have been attempting to become life in long periods. However, it seems to me that it should be still unknown by itself unless the lump of the pre-life aggregate could have known the successful method rising to higher organisms while adapting to the environment.

The mechanism closed within the cell membrane and the structure of genes can be replicated in the nucleus are quite complicated. Even in the researches, which have observed fossils of 4 billion years, one current flow of life is only example that succeeds in the generation of life, and that only one flow maintains and monopolizes the earth. Besides, as if this flow knows the stages to arrive at intelligent organisms in the own future, it built a nervous system and brain along the passage of time and raise consciousness. Since this flow of life initially occurred as a small mass of a cell on the earth, it could continue to complicate repeatedly and develop into an intellectual life. Why could be such a thing realized?

We have observed the many facts that species gained various functions over time by the research of paleontology. However, could living things gain just by fighting the efficiency of the individual function or by adaptation to the environment? How could the brain as a new function add to the nervous system? When organisms of living things became complicated up to the certain stage, it seems that the flow of life system structured to form the nervous system and the brain.

For individual functions of living organisms, it is possible to think that there was a culling from the branching of adaptive dissipation in relation to the environment. However, why did the solution that the form of a gene enveloped in the cell nucleus is optimal at the stage of single cell coming up? In early era of evolution when it takes a long time, how could the stack of life define the direction to complicate the nervous system leading to the cerebrum as if it predicted to the future as intellectual stage? Did the mechanism of gradual rise of living organisms be already in an era when aggregates of amino acids converged to life before occurrence of life? Where could the lump of amino acids learn the path to life at that time? Here, the question arises as to why it was possible for the lump of before-life to know the method to the future.

 

Relationships with Time

Considering the wonder of the emergence of life in such a confusing situation, reflecting the life and the passage of time in combination, the masses of the substances constituting the basis of life at the stage just before the life occurring, I think about the idea that they could access at a future time or another time. What about the scenario that when an aggregate with the first life was born, at the same time, it needed the changes in reactions to progress and at that time the flow of time started as a life system? All subsequent living things synchronized with this time in one direction. In other words, the time has started with a life system from the birth of life. In that previous stage, the masses of the substances before living activities could access another time in the various dimensions of time. Therefore, it was possible to imitate in advance the basic type of forms or mechanisms for becoming more complicated, and becoming intelligent in the future. Therefore, it is possible that time may not be just for one direction that we feel.

When deeply considering not only all the things in our world are involved in time but also the lump of living substances require a passage of time, there is a deep relationship with life and time. There are also changes in solid substances such as rocks and water, but there is no property that they can change by themselves in conformity with the movement around them. However, for living things, if any things happened around affect, living things cannot maintain to live unless they make movement to adjust the internal equilibrium on their own. At that time, they become at a loss when the time stops at a whim, or the direction reverses. With the passage of time, the evolution of living things has evolved to make the organization more complicated and sophisticated, equipped with intelligence and increased efficiency. Therefore, the basis of life already had the direction from the first appearance of living things, such as aiming at the path to more complicated and forward intelligent things like the species of primates and humans.

If it repeats only accidental stacking indefinitely, could a complex organization like the body of animals realize from a single cell? Just by repeating trial and error, there is no way to create a precise body structure realized by higher living organisms. No matter how long it takes to accidentally trial and error, I cannot understand the repeated raise the stage of species that are definitely complicated. Furthermore, the evolution of living organisms mutated into irreversibly more complicated stages of species in a long time. In that case, I believe that living things aimed to rise to a more complicated form with a path to intelligent things from the closed mass at the time of life occurrence. Therefore, living things have been proceeding in confidence with a system that could realize in the distant future at the time of life occurrence. This should not be possible unless it knew some effective form of the future. However, in an environment where time passes in one direction, there is no way to predict the future state. What kind of mechanism is available for it?

 

Perception of Time and Space

When seeing the movement of the sun we can know the change of time, and we feel the passage of time such as the state changes in nature. The time in everyday life is such a passing feeling, which is consistent with time advancing like the clock’s display. Moreover, we have the impression that the passage of time encompasses all of the whole things in our world. However, considering the microscopic state of the movement of time in relative theory or quantum theory, microscopic time is different with respect to the sensation we feel as the life system. There is a possibility that microscopic time does not link directly with a life system. In other words, when we observe the movement of the surrounding substances in this world, we are based on the feelings that the time is moving in one direction, and all things are in sync with that time. We are only watching the world where we can feel that all things moving at the same time. Therefore, we may not see everything in the universe by limiting the sensory organs of a life system. This means that there may be areas where we cannot perceive by our sensory organs, and even if we are involved in these unrecognizable dimensions of time, we do not identify all of time dimensions, but only time we feel is in one direction because of our life system.

When expressing the whole life on the earth as a life system, we have a feeling that time engraves accurately and passes in one direction around all. This feeling is the only thing we can think as the truth for the system that all the substances cooperates with us. However, for all things in the universe, is it true that we can observe only things within the limited area? In other words, what we feel as a change is that in our sensory organs we can only identify some changes of things in three-dimensional space, on the passage of time. Even precision measuring instruments that observe the change in detail are based designing on human senses and convert the information into a range that can be accepted by our sensory organs, so that eventually we recognize the information in our brain. Since machines and tools used by humans are taken in and used in human perceived behavior, they are not beyond the perceptible range as part of the life system. Moreover, the whole of living things on the earth including humans originated from the first one cell form and developed to survive in conformity with its environment, expanding species as the life system. It means that we gained information from sensory organs and accumulated experience tailored ourselves to the environment, that is, there is a possibility that we cannot really perceive all the changes in the universe. In other words, if the space and time of the universe has not only a range that we can perceive but also it has vast areas behind it, we cannot grasp all things by our sensory organs as an incomplete life species on the way of evolution. The perception of living things has gradually organized by identifying changes of various environments such as light and temperature. The sensory organs of organisms in the life system have focused on efficiently identifying only the changes effective for each environment around each organism. The functions of sensory organs have constructed with the convenience of the life system, and they identify and react by the changes that occurred at a certain point in time, so that it is only involvement in one special circumstance related to an individual species. Therefore, by that alone it cannot be concluded that the passage of time is only in one direction and it is certain and sure enough in the universe. In fact, unless we can prove that time is only one in the universe, we cannot assert that the universe has the open (Starting of the universe). That means just "we can observe the universe only in the case that the time passes in one direction".

Due to the convenience of the life system to identify change and make a choice to survive and evolve, it is essential that the one direction of time that passes from the past to the present is indispensable in order to make progress forming experience and rising intelligence. As the life system evolved in the course of progress, we also have been tenacious of the time in one direction. This is, of course, only interesting story that cannot be proved by contemporary science, but I have to pursue it as one hypothesis to the last.

 

Summary

The flow of evolution that the form of living things has changed on the earth cannot realize unless it is in a world that time goes from the past to the future. With this flow of time, it will be possible to cause changes that make life more complicated. From the perspective of life, it means that there are actions to identify and respond to various changes along with time. For that reason, the passage of time is essential for a life system and we have come to perceive only the world in one direction of time from our sensory organs. As a result, the particles of substances and the changes that we really see and touch as human beings are perceived patterns in our brain from the sensory organs, so that the world we perceived in our brain is all, and we are caught up by it and we have no doubt about it. I think that this is due to limitations in the sense of the life system. However, I believe that humans, who have developed their brains and thought with language, will be able to be beyond the limits of that perspective and will be able to develop freely our thoughts.

Moreover, in order to elucidate the phenomenon of the occurrence of life by the science, it may be necessary to make a mutation that further complicates the sensory organs and brain structures that has built up by the life system. Even so, while maintaining life activities, humans have the hope of gradually increasing consciousness and developing into the next stage.

In this idea, we can assume that the universe has neither a beginning nor an end, and that various dimensions of time become a network that is full of harmony. There is a planet that life exists, and there if living things are involved in the life system, it is better to perceive only what is necessary for the life system, and if development of the life system has priority to progress, it will form itself to focus on that purpose. Considering the flow of life movement, it seems that the life system has a trend of development determined in advance and among all the systems of the universe, it has a special position where is specified by time direction, even if there is individual freedom in it. I think that the true figure of the universe is not easy to understand for current humans who are on the way where going up the degree of intelligence.

From the dawn of human beings, observing the passage of time from the movement of the sun and the stars in the sky, they could predict the seasons and climate change. They knew the time passage and took into their lifestyles, accumulating many experiences in the brain. So that human beings became conscious of time passage in life. We believe that time is obvious from the beginning, as our senses of time is too natural, and time progresses regularly from the past to the future, or time indicates the point of beginning or end of any event. Here, I will change the point of view a bit. Let us consider that the life system including our human beings perceives only the time suitable for the evolution of life, as there are other time dimensions in the universe.

Regarding the direction of time, its inevitable characteristic is to be expressed in famous words "Arrow of time", which is provided by the Second Law of Thermodynamics, time goes from past to current, and from current to future only in one-way direction. However, on the mathematical formula of the Laws of Motion, in theory, it is possible that the signs of the past and the future reverse and we can calculate the time goes backward from the current point. Besides, the second law of thermodynamics states that the entropy of an isolated system never decreases. Such systems spontaneously evolve towards thermodynamic equilibrium, the state with maximum entropy. Irreversible processes always increase the total entropy. Entropy suggests increasing lack of order, or the number of random in microstates. As one goes forward in time, the entropy of an isolated system can increase, but not decrease. However, in evolution of life, the flow from single cell to intellectual life form has progressed to complicated organizations by adding new functions even in the direction that this time passes. Indeed, this is a movement which the entropy decreases with less random. The passage of time regarding life does not go to random, but it accumulates complex organization. The phenomenon of life is incompatible with the explanation that prescribes the direction of time by thermodynamic.

How to interpret such passage of time is a field in which contemporary science has not clarified yet and I believe that there is a possibility of opening the way to the truth by means of considering the characteristics of life. The view of science may extend the scope of human thinking, not only by analyzing substances, but also by encompassing factors of sensation and consciousness.

Then, why does our perceived time only go in one direction like an arrow?

Because we can perceive only the direction in which time goes forward, since time progression is essential for life.

In relative theory and quantum theory, those are one of modern mainstreams, it seems that time is variable in the microscopic area that humans cannot normally perceive. However, in the everyday world, we feel time constantly moving in cooperation with all objects in three-dimension space. In the world of the framework of space and time where we live, we are in trouble that the time will not go forward accurately in the direction of the current "arrow". If time goes backwards or stops, our society will be in great confusion. For us as well as for all living creatures, passage of time is indispensable. In that process, therefore, the life system is gradually becoming complicated from single cells to intellectual life, so that the passage of time from the past to the future is necessary for life.

What I am thinking is a hypothetical story to the last, but the various dimensions of time mix in the universe, for example, in addition to the time we perceive from the past to the future, the time that is going backwards or the time that holds other dimensions. In various time dimensions of the universe, our life system must perceive only the dimension in which time can go in the direction of "arrow" in order to realize that life becomes complicated. In other words, in the life system, we can only perceive one dimension of time as going from the past to the future, rather than other time dimensions. Such limited perception is a sense of “arrow of time” for us. As we are involved in the life system, we cannot perceive other than the dimension of the time in which goes forward from the past to the future. Even if there are various time dimensions in the universe, the dimension that we can perceive is only one way.

Of course, it would be difficult to prove it scientifically. However, considering that the perception obtained from our sensory organs stays narrow range because life beings confined to the extent that we are living, it is interesting for us to think possibility of developing areas that are more complex and expanded in the universe.

When life has advanced to a direction that raises consciousness and evolved to intelligence, human beings gained thinking and developed beyond the range of information perceived from sensory organs. We can anticipate various factors affecting causal relationship over time, and we can consider hierarchical cooperation from upper inclusive layer. Then, science in future will focus not only on collaboration of substances, but will cooperate with the influence of consciousness and spirit, such spiritual factors. We will explore the truth and would pursue the deeper relationship there, making the imagination powerful up.

Looking at life as a whole system, there is a rising flow gradually to clear consciousness over time. Since humanity as an intellectual life has appeared, dramatic change has continued, diversified information has spread all over the world in modern times. Society has intertwined with good things and bad things, and human personality has diversified, too. Only in this chaotic world, the intelligence that overcomes confusion will be refined efficiently. We can think that our consciousness will rise further by having the passion to seek out the truth and pursue under such circumstances. If we think sticking to our sensory organs and thinking that time has only one direction, the effort to predict the situation of the beginning of the universe may be a waste of time from the stage where human intelligence has risen in future.
