あり得るとは思っていましたが
実際に解任されると少し驚きましたね。
ロシアのショイグ国防相
私のイメージとしては
プーチン、ゲラシモス、とショイグで
悪の枢軸って感じなんですが・・
解任の理由は公には発表されてませんが
どうやら最近ショイグの側近の国防次官が汚職で逮捕された
これと関係があるようですね。
ウクライナとロシアは戦争していますが
面白い事に
お互いにもう一つの戦争を抱えています。
それは軍内部の汚職との戦いです。
ウクライナも同じように
軍の汚職で国防大臣が去年更迭されました。
汚職と言う意味ではロシアよりウクライナ軍の方が深刻
こんな報道も出て来ています。
ウクライナに軍事支援しても
それが真っ当に使われる保証は無い
そんな意識が欧米にあって
軍事支援に消極的な理由の一つになっています。
まぁしかし罪は重いですよね
前線の兵士は命をかけて戦ってるのに
幹部は汚職で私腹を肥やす
本当に死んでく若者たちが気の毒になります。
ロシアやウクライナに限らず
途上国の軍部は汚職が蔓延してる
ってのが多いように思いますね。
中国も人民解放軍の汚職撲滅運動
これが良く報じられます。
どうしてでしょうね？
まぁ多分軍には汚職しやすい構造的な仕組みがあるんでしょうね。
装備品の値段を上乗せして購入して
その差額を裏金で貰う
そんな所だと思いますが
これ昔不動産の世界でも良く見られましたね。
建売業者やマンションデベロッパンーの担当者が
買ってやるから仲介料を少し裏で回せ
なんて話はよくありました。
まぁしかしそんな腐敗した人間は
いくら不動産業界と言えでも排除される
これは定めでもあります。
規律が重んじられる軍隊であれば尚更
内部告発で明るみに出れば処罰されます。
だから大臣が次々に辞める訳ですが
独裁国家であれば
その裏金の一部を権力者に渡せば
咎められない
って事だと思います。
裏社会で
売春や薬物売買の犯罪行為で儲けてる人が
その利益の一部を反社会勢力にみかじめとして渡す
あれと多分一緒でしょうね。
ただ軍幹部の皆さん
やっぱり汚職は破滅の公式ですから
絶対にやってはいけませんね。
独裁者に守って貰ってる
って事は
その独裁者がいなくなれば
もろに矛先が向かってきますから
地獄が待っています。
ミャンマー軍を見ると
汚職が蔓延して
人心は離れ
兵士もやる気を失って
今反政府組織にやられっぱなしですからね
幹部がお金に汚いと
部下はそれを見ていますから
当然そうなります。
汚職に限らず
お金と言う物は
人心に大きく影響しますから
人の上に立つ人は
それをしっかり意識するべき
私はいつもそう思います。
私の知り合いにも何人かいましたが
社員は安月給なのに
自分は高級車を乗り回す。
なんてのは間違いなく潰れます。
社員を豊かにしてその後で贅沢するのは構いませんが
逆だとアウトです。
家庭でも
子供や孫たちは貧しい生活なのに
自分だけ大金を抱えてる資産家の強欲爺さんは
最後は子や孫が
“じじい早く、くたばっちまえ”
って思うようになりますよ。
まぁしかし人の話はどうでも良い事です。
私自身はお金にしがみつく老人たち
ほんとうに見苦しい
そんな考えですから
自分は絶対にそうはならない
って話です。
会社を経営していますから
次の人に引き継ぐには体力も必要なので
もう少し純資産を増やすつもりですが
自分自身のために蓄財って気持ちはありません。
私の中での憧れは
経済界のトップでありながら
めざしと味噌汁だけの夕食を食べてた

あの格好良さです。
残念ながら
会社を経営してますから許されませんが
ずっと描いてた晩年は
やんばるの山奥で
自給自足で暮らす
清貧の自分の姿でした。
