飛び石連休って言葉
もう知ってる人は随分少なくなったでしょうね。
昔はゴールデンウイークの事をそう呼んでたんです。
なんで飛び石か？
って言うと
以前は土曜日も仕事や学校は休みではありませんでしたから
三つの祭日と日曜日で
まさに飛び石だった訳です。
それがいつの間には
土曜日の休みが定着して
休みが飛び石では無く
出社する日が飛び石になりましたので
いっそうの事それを休みにすると
大型連休になりますから
ゴールデンウークと呼ばれるようになったのです。
でもどうして休みが増えたんでしょうか？
まぁ一口で言えば生産性が上ったからですよね。
技術革新で長時間働かなくても
必要な物は確保できるようになったのです。
私の部落の畑で言えば
その面積は変わらないのに
以前は村の男の大半数百名が従事して耕作してたのに
今は同じ面積を１０数名の高齢者だけでサトウキビ栽培をしています。
機械を駆使すればそこまで生産能力が上がった
って事です。
しかし数百名の仕事が
たった１０人程度でやれるとすれば
残りの人たちはどうすれば良いのでしょうかね？
まぁ新たな仕事に就くしかありませんね。
建設業だとか製造業に移って行った訳ですが
そこでも生産性が上がり
人手は余ります
すると今度は新しい産業を見つけなければなりません。
沖縄では観光産業に力を入れたりしてきて
雇用を確保してきた訳ですが
それでも限界がありますから
更に新しい産業
って事になります。
これが人間社会が繰り返して来た事です。
しかし地球の空間も資源も限りがありますから
それはいずれ行き詰まります。
その兆候が地球温暖化であり
少子化であり戦争
そんな感じで私は捉えています。
ＧＤＰに取り憑かれた指導者たちが
経済発展に猛進した結果今大きな矛盾に人類が直面してる
って事なんだろうと思います。
大体このＧＤＰはそもそも欠陥を抱えた概念ですよね。
一番分かり易いのは
バイデンが戦争前に
壊滅的な経済に陥るとした経済制裁ですが
昨年のロシアのＧＤＰは壊滅どころか
予想外の3.6％の伸び
先進国の平均1.5％の倍以上です。
大砲の弾を作っても
戦車を作ってもＧＤＰは伸びますからね
こんな事になるのです。
兵器で人も物も破壊しまくって
ＧＤＰは伸びたと大喜びです。
これ西側も同じですよね。
ウクライナに兵器を供給してますから
在庫が減り兵器の生産活動が活発になります。
いつまでこんな事を繰り返すんでしょうね？
本当は生産性が上って
人が要らなくなれば
生産を無理やり増やすのではなく
冨の分配
これが正しい選択だと思うのですが
日本を見ても
アメリカが求めれば
一気に防衛費が倍増しましたから
とても分配するだけの富はありません
お上の年貢が重くなるだけです。
会社を経営してると
税金の重さを実感しますから
本当に暗い気持ちになりますが
めげてもいられません
社会全体はどうであれ
私は
会社の生産性を上げて
社員の余暇を増やす
これを目標に掲げて頑張っています。
今当社の方針は
豊かさとゆとり
その両方を求めます
って話です。
実現できるかどうか分かりませんが
少なくともそれが王道だと思っています。
大国が兵器でＧＤＰを増やすのが邪道
私はそう思ってます
会社でも
社員を酷使して売り上げを伸ばす
なんて発想は時代遅れだと思っています。
そんな考えですから
もうずいぶん前に顧客第一主義は決別して
顧客と言えども
社員を苦しめ
売上に悪影響の理不尽な顧客は排除
そんな方向に舵を切ったのです。
最近カスハラなんて言葉が出てきましたが
その意味では
私より１０年以上遅れています。
しっかり真面目に仕事をすれば
顧客は勝手に寄って来る
特に媚びる必要はありません。

Thanks to technological innovation, we don't have to work long hours
In my village's sugarcane fields,

Currently, about 10 elderly people are cultivating sugarcane on the same area.
By making full use of machinery, production capacity has increased to that extent.
That's what it means.
But hundreds of jobs
If only 10 people could do it
What should the rest of them do?
Well, I guess they have no choice but to get a new job.
So they moved into the construction industry or the manufacturing industry.
Productivity increases there too.
There are also extra manpower
Now we have to find a new industry.
Okinawa has been putting effort into the tourism industry.
they have secured employment by it
Still, there are limits
even newer industries
That's what it means.
This is what human society has repeatedly done.
However, the earth's space and resources are limited.
It will eventually get stuck.
The symptom is global warming.
Declining birthrate and war
That's how I see it.
Leaders obsessed with GDP
As a result of rapid economic development,
And as a result
humanity is now facing a major contradiction.
I think that's what it means.
Generally speaking, GDP is a flawed concept .
The easiest thing to understand is Russia
Biden before the war
Economic sanctions that would lead to a catastrophic economy
Russia's GDP last year was far from decimated.
Unexpected 3.6% growth
This is more than double the developed country average of 1.5%.
Even if they make cannonballs
Even if they build tanks, GDP will increase.
This is what happens.
Destroying people and things with weapons
And they overjoyed that GDP has increased.
This is the same in the west.
We are supplying weapons to Ukraine.
Inventories will decrease and weapons production will become more active.
How long will this continue to happen?
Productivity actually increases
If people are no longer needed
Rather than forcefully increasing production
distribution of wealth
I think this is the right choice
Even if you look at Japan
If America asks
Defense spending suddenly doubled
There is not enough wealth to distribute
Your annual tax will only become heavier.
As a company president
I feel the weight of taxes
I feel really gloomy
But I can't give up
What about society as a whole?
My target is
Increase your company's productivity
Increase employee leisure time
I am working hard to achieve this goal.
Our current policy is
Wealth and off time
seek both
I don't know if it can be achieved
At least I think that's the way to go.
It is evil for great powers to increase GDP with weapons.
I think so

I think this idea is outdated.
I gave up on customer-first thinking a long time ago.
