今日もどっぷりと中央滅菌室で作業でした
午後3時過ぎにはすべてが完了して、これでもう使用上の間違いで故障が起きることはないと思われます
これこそ私が自分の生涯推進してきたGUP（Good Using Practice）で、帰国ぎりぎりになってやっと全開モードです
たった1個のソレノイドの故障からはじまった今回のオートクレーブの故障は、新品の器械を購入したものの、その設置に際していい加減な経験や知識から判断して配管をおこなったことが最大の原因ということでした
ほんの小さな配管の勾配や接続不良で思わぬ不具合が生じることがあります
ちょっと大がかりな作業になりましたが、すべてをやり直すことで派遣先の技師たちにも、正しい設置方法を経験してもらうことができました
彼らも機器の正しい設置方法や正しい使い方ではじめて安全にその機器の能力を発揮できるということを認識してくれたと思います
Today I worked at the CSSD almost full day too.
At 3:00 pm we finished all work of the CSSD renovation and the machine failure that is induced by inappropriate use will be not happen anymore.
This is the GUP (Good Using Practice) that I had been promoted through my life.
The cause of the failure of the autoclave this time that started only one solenoid valve failure was, even the hospital purchased the new equipment, induced by the wrong pipe installation that based on the incorrect knowledge.
Only a tiny gradient or connection of the piping sometimes leads unexpected incident.
This time it was a major renovation but to do all over again the technicians could recognize that the correct installation and appropriate using leads the full performance of the instrument with safe.
