２月‥‥寒い時期ですね
接客業ではこの時期は、客足が減り景気が悪いとか言われます。
寒いと行動も限られてきたりしますが
春から夏にかけて、活発に活動してゆくための
準備期間でもありますね。
太陽工房も、今少しずつ準備をしています。
Ａ型就労継続支援事業所は、毎日玉ねぎを刻み、
新しいカレーも試作品を作りながら、販売ルートの拡大を目指しています。
Ｂ型就労継続支援事業所のメンバーはそれぞれに
新しい畑を整備したり、セッコク蘭を花咲かせて出荷できるように
世話をし育てています。
Feburary... it's cold season, isn't it?
Customer service jobs are bad ecomony because not many customers visit.
If it's cold activities are limited, but it's a preparation time to act actively from Spring through Summer.
Taiyo Koubou is preparing little by little too.
Type A work place is chopping onions, and making new curry to expand sales roots.
Type B members are preparing new field, and to deliver Dendrobium orchid the members are taking care of it.

雑貨を担当する女子は
秋口のバザーやフリーマーケットに向けて、小物の試作品の作成や
今後の計画を練っています。
The girls who are taking care of goods are making proto types of the products and frmulating a future plan.

いろいろとやっています。
春から夏に向けて、大きくジャンプするために
今はエネルギーを蓄えることに頑張っている仲間たちです。
