In the past, the Smerdyakovs extracted enormous sums from the state under the pretense of airport noise countermeasures and relocation expenses, even receiving luxury single-family homes.
During that process, they buried various types of waste in the soil.
This land was not only adjacent to the Meishin Expressway but also directly under the landing course of Itami Airport.
Two plots of land adjacent to this one were sold to Toyonaka City at almost no cost.
This occurred during the Democratic Party administration.
The official in charge at the time was Kiyomi Tsujimoto, then Vice Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
The head of Moritomo Gakuen, Kagoike, was virtually unknown to most Japanese citizens.
Having lived in Osaka for years and even worked in real estate in the district where his kindergarten was located, I had never heard of him.
Yet he had already been known to the Osaka Prefectural and national governments as a kindergarten operator since the time of the DPJ administration.
Through such connections, he must have been fully aware of the background surrounding this land in Toyonaka City’s Noda district.
Kagoike acquired this land, like Toyonaka City, at virtually no cost.
He approached the Prime Minister’s wife in an attempt to expand his business by opening an elementary school.
It was not only under the guise of offering conservative, patriotic education that would appeal to the LDP, but he had also received commendation from the state as an educational operator.
Thus, the First Lady accepted without suspicion the entirely ceremonial request—common in the U.S.—to become the honorary principal.
But Kagoike’s true aim was to use her as leverage in negotiations with the Ministry of Finance’s Financial Bureau, which managed the land.
Whether it was the Asahi Shimbun itself—head of the Smerdyakovs—or Tsujimoto, who was one with Asahi, that incited it, is unknown.
But from spring of last year, Asahi suddenly began a daily media blitz attacking the Prime Minister and his wife.
Amid international crises, with daily airspace and maritime violations by China requiring repeated SDF scramble takeoffs—in effect, a quasi-wartime situation with China—and North Korea’s repeated ICBM and nuclear tests, the Abe administration was handling these better than any previous government, acknowledged even internationally.
Yet this same administration came under fierce attack from the Smerdyakovs’ headquarters, the Asahi Shimbun—an entity that hates Japan to its core and has long worked to diminish its national power and divert funds to China and the Korean Peninsula.
The Financial Bureau—the very institution managing Japan at the highest international standards and consisting of true patriots—was forced to act.
In documents related to land sale negotiations, there had been ordinary records of political inquiries, and the well-known fact that the First Lady, who had accepted the honorary principalship, gave a speech at Kagoike’s request.
He likely conveyed that to the bureau.
In the materials, it simply said at the end: “Speech by Prime Minister’s Wife.”
The bureau, fearing this would be exploited further by the Smerdyakovs, decided to delete the entry.
Or perhaps, last year, then Financial Bureau chief Mr. Sagawa—enraged by the opposition’s weaponization of Asahi’s reporting—acted accordingly.
Because it was this very land where the state had once paid enormous sums for relocation, granting fine homes to the Smerdyakovs, who during their residence buried unknown wastes in the soil.
A former secretary of Tsujimoto—arguably the ringleader among the Smerdyakovs on this land—initiated this uproar.
He then filed a complaint with the prosecutor’s office against the Kinki Finance Bureau.
Yesterday, in front of the bureau, he was shamelessly agitating into the microphone: “It’s not the bureau’s fault, it’s Prime Minister Abe and Minister Aso who are to blame!”
NHK aired this without the slightest suspicion—indeed, seemingly in agreement.
This proves that Japan is being taken over by “abysmal evil” and “plausible lies.”

かつてSmerdyakovたちが国から空港騒音対策費などと称して、多額の賠償金や、立派な一戸建てへの移転費用などを、たんまりせしめた土地、その過程で、Smerdyakovたちは土中に様々な廃棄物を埋めた。
名神高速道路に隣接した土地であるだけではなく、伊丹空港の着陸コースの真下、着陸直前に在る土地である。
この土地に隣接する二区画の土地は、ただ同然の価格で豊中に払い下げられていた。
民主党政権の時代の事である。
その時の担当者は当時国交省副大臣だった辻本清美である。
森友学園の籠池という経営者は、日本中の大半の人間は全く知らない人物だった。
大阪に長い事住んで、彼が経営していた幼稚園のある区を、創業の地としてとして不動産業に従事していた私も全く知らなかった。
だが、彼は幼稚園の経営者として民主党政権時代から、大阪府と日本国の行政には知られていた存在だった。
彼は、その人脈等を通じて、この豊中市野田地区の土地の経緯については熟知していたはずである。
彼、籠池は、この土地を豊中市と同様にただ同然で手に入れて、小学校を開設し、事業の拡大を図るために、安倍首相夫人に近づいた。
名目上は、自民党が喜びそうな保守主義教育、子供たちに日本を愛する心を持たせる教育を行うと称していただけではなく、国から表彰を受けている幼稚園関係者だったから、夫人は、疑いすら持たずに、米国等では、ごくありふれた名誉校長への就任以来を、快諾した。
だが、籠池の目的は、夫人を、この土地の所有者である日本国の担当窓口財務省理財局との交渉に使用するためだったのである。
このSmerdyakovたちの頭目である朝日新聞そのものが始めたのか、朝日新聞と一心同体だった辻本清美がたきつけたのか。
昨年春から、突然、朝日新聞は、連日、安倍首相と夫人を攻撃する大報道を開始した。
日本を取り巻く国際情勢、連日に及ぶ、中国軍の領空、領海侵犯行為、その都度、自衛隊がスクランブル発信している…つまり、中国とは準戦闘状態に在る、
一方、朝鮮半島では、北朝鮮がICBM及び核実験を繰り返している。
これらの事に対して、日本のみならず、世界中が、これまでの、どの政権よりも、良く対処していると、認めている安倍政権。
その安倍政権がSmerdyakovたちの頭目である朝日新聞…日本が憎くて憎くてたまらない、日本の国力を落とす、日本国の財力を中国や朝鮮半島に使わせることに邁進して来た朝日新聞などの大攻撃に晒されている。
Smerdyakovの正反対の地平にいる真の愛国者たちであり、日本国の運営を世界中でも最高のレベルで行い続けて来た財務省の、この件の担当部署である理財局は、このSmerdyakovたちの言語同断な攻撃から、日本国を守るために、土地売買に至る交渉過程での資料の中に記載されていた、ごく普通の事である、陳情を受けた政治家たちからの問い合わせの記録と一緒に、昨年から、日本中の誰もが知っている事実…名誉校長を引き受けた安倍首相夫人が、籠池に依頼されて講演をした。
籠池は、その事を理財局に敢て伝えたのであろう。
理財局の資料には、最後に、安倍首相夫人講演、と書いてあった。
理財局は、これらの事を（陳情を受けた政治家が尋ねて来た事、夫人が講演したことが書いてあるだけの事である…だが、これがSmerdyakovたちに更に利用されることを懸念した理財局は、これを削除した。
或いは、昨年、理財局長だった佐川氏は、国会で、朝日新聞の報道を元に、大々的な政権攻撃を開始した野党の政治家達に対して、彼は、腸が煮えくり返る思いでいたはずである。
何故なら、かつては、この土地を舞台にして、国から、多額の賠償金や移転費用（立派な一戸建てが彼等のために国から与えられた）をせしめた土地。
そこに居住していた期間に得体のしれない廃棄物を土中に埋設していたのも彼等である。
この土地における、彼らSmerdyakovたちの頭目と言っても過言ではない辻本清美の元秘書なる人物が、この騒動を始めた。
そうして近畿財務局を相手に地検に告訴した。
昨日、近畿財務局の前で、この人物は、「財務局の皆さん、悪いのは安倍総理であり、麻生大臣です。みなさんは悪くない…」、などと、いけしゃあしゃあとマイクでアジっていたのである。
これを大々的に（何の疑いを持つどころか、同調して）放映するNHK.
正に、「底知れぬ悪」と「まことしやかな嘘」に、日本国が、乗っ取られかかっている事を証明していたのである。

This analysis reveals that the Trump administration never saw North Korea as the primary threat. Instead, U.S. military officials identified China as the true strategic adversary, with Russia acting as a disruptor.
The delay in striking North Korea stemmed from Obama-era defense cuts, which Trump sought to reverse with a massive budget increase.

What is the Trump administration’s true perspective on North Korea?
I visited the U.S. last fall and had in-depth discussions with U.S. military personnel, but I doubt whether Japan fully understands their strategic thinking.
The U.S. military is not solely focused on North Korea.
They view a conflict with North Korea as merely a prelude—the main battlefield is China, and they anticipate Russia will act in concert.
Every American military official I spoke with said the same thing:
"We currently face two major threats in the Asia-Pacific region.
In the short term, North Korea.
In the long term, China’s willingness to use military power to protect its national interests.
North Korea’s threat is purely military—it lacks economic power, so it's not as difficult to handle as China.
What complicates the North Korean situation is Russia, which is also working to create confusion in Ukraine.
Because China possesses substantial economic power, military force is crucial—but even more important is containing China through diplomacy, intelligence, and economic pressure.
China often makes strategic moves while others are distracted by different crises, so we must remain alert."
Why, then, did the Trump administration not strike North Korea last year?
There are roughly four reasons.
The first is what I call the “Obama problem.”
Since the Clinton administration in 1994, U.S. defense spending had been on a downward trajectory.
Under President Obama, it was slashed further, weakening not only the military itself but also the intelligence-gathering apparatus directed at North Korea and China.
In particular, the intelligence network that monitored North Korea’s internal operations was practically dismantled, making it difficult to locate Kim Jong-un or obtain details about nuclear sites.
A friend of mine who worked in U.S. military intelligence lamented that budget cuts under Obama eliminated many of their missions.
Regular defense budgets were also drastically reduced.
Bombing North Korean military facilities would require enormous amounts of ammunition and fuel—but there simply wasn’t enough funding.
The situation was not viable for a full-scale airstrike.
That’s why the Trump administration dramatically increased the defense budget last summer—from 62 trillion yen to 69 trillion yen, a jump of 7 trillion yen (Japan’s entire defense budget is just 5.2 trillion yen annually).
Through this massive boost, the Trump administration has been striving to rebuild the U.S. military.
They increased personnel, stockpiled weapons and ammunition, and by last fall finally began flying bombers near North Korea.
I’ve even heard that by Christmas, a basic strike posture had been established.

そもそも、北朝鮮に対してトランプ政権はどのように考えているのか。
昨年秋に訪米し、米軍関係者たちとかなり突っ込んだ意見交換をしてきたが、彼らの考え方を日本側が理解しているかといえば、疑問だ。
なにしろ米軍側は、北朝鮮だけを見ているわけではない。
北朝鮮有事はあくまで前哨戦で、本丸は中国であり、ロシアが連動してくると考えているのだ。
アメリカで会った米軍関係者は囗を揃えて次のように述べた。
「われわれは現在、アジア太平洋方面において二つの大きな脅威に直面している。短期的には北朝鮮。長期的には中国が自国の利益を確保するために軍事力を使おうとしていること。北朝鮮の脅威は、軍事だけといえる。経済力がないため、中国に比べればそれほど難しくない。この北朝鮮の問題を混乱させているのがロシア。ウクライナ問題でもロシアは事態を混乱させる方向で動いている。中国は経済力をもっているため、中国に対して軍事は重要だが、それ以上に外交、情報、経済などの分野で中国を抑止していくことが重要だ。とくに中国は、他国が他の問題に気を取られているあいだにいろいろと手を打ってくるので注意が必要だ」
それでは、トランプ政権はなぜ昨年の時点で、北朝鮮に攻撃を仕掛けなかったのか、その理由はおおよそ以下の四つがあるという。
一つ目がオバマ問題だ。
1994年のクリントン民主党政権以降、アメリカの国防費は削減路線になったため、米軍の力は徐々に衰えていくことになった。
そしてオバマ前民主党政権が米軍予算をさらに削り、米軍本体だけでなく、北朝鮮や中国に対する情報収集体制も弱体化してしまった。とくに北朝鮮の内部情報を集めるインテリジェンス機関が事実上解体され、金正恩の居場所や核施設の詳細について十分に把握できなくなっていた。
米軍のインテリジェンス関係の仕事をしていた私の友人も、オバマ政権になってから情報・調査関係の予算が削減され、仕事がなくなったとぼやいていた。
通常の国防予算も大幅に削減されていた。
北朝鮮の軍事施設などを空爆するためには、莫大な弾薬、燃料が必要だが、そうした予算も不足しており、そもそも空爆できるような状況ではなかったのだ。
そのためにトランプ政権は昨年夏、国防費を日本円にして62兆円から69兆円へと、じつに7兆円も国防予算を増やした（わが国の防衛予算は、年間でわずか5兆2000億円程度だ）。
この巨額の国防費増額によってトランプ政権は米軍を懸命に立て直そうとしている。
人員を増やし、武器・弾薬を備蓄し、昨年秋からようやく北朝鮮周辺に爆撃機を飛ばすことができるようになった。
攻撃態勢がある程度整ったのは、昨年のクリスマスのころだとも聞いている。

A Korean Peninsula crisis and a Senkaku emergency are linked.
The second issue is Japan.
It’s not only the problem that Japan cannot evacuate its nationals from South Korea on its own.
There is also a serious concern that, in the event of a Korean Peninsula conflict, the Chinese Communist regime may opportunistically seize the Senkaku Islands (Ishigaki City, Okinawa) like a thief in a fire.
Within the Trump administration, there are quite a few experts who see a direct link between a Korean crisis and a Senkaku invasion.
As early as 2013, China developed a military invasion plan under the name “Short, Sharp War,” aimed at unlawfully occupying the Senkakus and Okinawa.
The scenario involves deploying maritime militia—irregular forces disguised as fishermen—to seize the territory.
A base for these maritime militia units exists in Zhejiang Province, and it is said to house about 6,000 personnel.
In addition to this maritime militia, China is also strengthening its marine corps in preparation for an invasion of Taiwan.
This invasion scenario is clearly described in the U.S. Department of Defense’s Annual Report on China’s Military Power 2014, released in June 2014.
Currently, in Okinawa—including the Senkaku Islands—Japan’s Air Self-Defense Forces are scrambling daily against Chinese military aircraft.
Such daily scrambles effectively indicate a quasi-combat situation under international standards.
The U.S. military views Japan and China as being in a semi-wartime posture.

It is a proven fact—seen in China’s border conflicts with India—that when China intends to invade another nation, it first creates an atmosphere of “friendship.”
Therefore, interpreting today’s Sino-Japanese “friendship mood” merely as a reaction to economic anxiety or setbacks in the Belt and Road Initiative is extremely dangerous.
As Mr. Ezaki's rigorous research makes clear, this faux friendship is a strategic setup for an imminent landing on the Senkaku Islands. That is the correct understanding of today’s international politics and realities.

「日本が自力で在韓邦人の退避をできない」という問題だけでなく、半島有事の際に、中国共産党政府が尖閣諸島（沖縄県石垣市）を火事場泥棒のように不法占拠する恐れがあるのだ。
トランプ政権には、半島有事と尖閣危機が連動すると考える専門家が少なくない。
中国は2013年の時点で「ショート・シャープ・ウォー」（短期激烈戦争）という名の、尖閣・沖縄などを不法占拠する軍事侵攻計画をつくった。
海上民兵という漁民の格好をした非正規兵を送り込み、占拠するシナリオだ。
中国の浙江省には、この海上民兵大隊の基地があり、兵員6000人といわれている。
この海上民兵部隊とは別に、台湾侵攻を想定した海兵隊も強化されている。
この侵攻シナリオのことは、米国国防総省が2014年6月に公表した『中国の軍事力に関する年次報告書2014』にも明記されている。
現在、尖閣諸島を含めた沖縄では、中国軍機に対する自衛隊機のスクランブル発進が続いている。
毎日のようにスクランブル発進があるというのは、国際的には凖戦闘状態を意味する。
日本と中国が凖戦闘状態にあるというのが米軍側の見方だ。

仮に中国の海上民兵部隊が尖閣諸島を不法占拠すると、次は台湾が危ない。
台湾が危なくなれば、台湾を支持するアメリカの保守層から一斉に批判され、今年秋に予定されている中間選挙で敗北する恐れが出てくる。
保守層から支持されているトランプ政権としては、絶対に避けたい事態だ。
そこでトランプ政権としては台湾との安全保障関係を強化する一方で、日本に対しては朝鮮半島と尖閣諸島を含む南西諸島の二正面に同時に対応できる防衛力をもってもらいたい、と考えているが、防衛費を抑制してきた日本に、その力はない。
自衛隊は質は高いが、量が不足しているのだ。
安倍政権もトランプ政権から指摘されるまでもなく、南西諸島の危機を承知しており、石垣島や宮古島に自衛隊を急いで配備しようとしている。
＊朝日新聞と、これに同調している、どうしようもなく低能なメディアと、いわゆる文化人たちなどは、正に、このことを阻止するために安倍政権打倒、安倍政権転覆の言動を行っているのだろう。
つまり、彼らは実質的には中国の代理人であると言っても全く過言ではないのである＊
これら南西諸島に自衛隊の地対艦ミサイル部隊を配置することで、中国の海上民兵部隊による侵攻をミサイルによって阻止しようという計画で、アメリカでは、ミサイル・バリア構想と呼ばれている。
だが、このミサイル・バリア構想が実現するには急いでもあと数年かかる。
仮に半島有事が勃発したら、米軍は尖閣諸島どころではなくなるし、自衛隊や海上保安庁も邦人退避とミサイル防衛に追われることになる。
尖閣を含む南西諸島の防衛はがら空きとなる。
このため、マティス国防長官に近い米軍関係者たちは非公式に、日米合同の「南西諸島共同防衛任務部隊」を新設すべきだと提案しているが、日本側の反応は鈍い。
いまのままトランプ政権が北朝鮮攻撃に踏み切れば、金正恩政権を壊滅することはできるかもしれないが、同時に日本は尖閣を含む南西諸島が危うくなるかもしれないのだ。
北朝鮮が日本本土に撃ってくるであろうミサイル攻撃ばかりが話題になっているが、事態はもっと深刻なのだ。

To bring down the Ishiba administration:
(1) Waves of resignation demands must erupt from the regions, resulting in an uncontrollable local rebellion.
(2) A steady stream of resignation demands from influential lawmakers must continue until Prime Minister Ishiba can no longer withstand the pressure.
(3) The Aso faction should pull out its three cabinet ministers, prompting others to follow suit, leading to the collapse of the cabinet itself.
(4) One-third of LDP members should sign a petition to convene a “General Meeting of All LDP Lawmakers” instead of an informal caucus, where conservative realists seize control of the government.
(5) In the new post-election Diet session, the Constitutional Democratic Party submits a no-confidence motion—which is passed.
The roars of anger from the provinces will crush Ishiba’s executive team.
If this doesn’t happen, it only means “the end of the LDP.”
The very first call for Ishiba’s resignation came from my beloved homeland—Kochi Prefecture’s LDP chapter in Tosa.
Tosa is the birthplace of the Liberal Party.
There is Itagaki Taisuke, who famously declared, “Even if Itagaki dies, liberty shall never perish,” and the Risshisha Hall, where the phrase “Liberty emerges from the mountains of Tosa” was born.
I’m proud that Tosa has stood up to stop the collapse of Japan.
Let all the prefectural chapters rise as well.
Go, Tosa! Don’t give up, Mr. Ozaki!

I have previously written and published that the editorials of Asahi Shimbun’s editorial board are driven by hatred toward Japan.
I also stated that TV Asahi’s Hōdō Station harbors the same hatred toward Japan.
The same goes for the group that controls NHK’s news division.
They—and their sympathizers—are Smelyakovs, born after the war from GHQ, or even earlier, from the Comintern.
As I’ve already mentioned, they now exist as illegitimate children of China and the Korean Peninsula.
