The following is from an article by Professor Yoichi Shimada of Fukui Prefectural University, published in yesterday's issue of the monthly magazine, Hanada.
It is a genuine article that should be required reading for Japanese citizens and people around the world.
As readers of this column may have already noticed, the real war criminals in the recent invasion of Ukraine are the pseudo-moralists who control the media in Japan and around the world.
These are the same people calling for decarbonization, global warming, SDGs, sustainability, etc.
Considering that it is the UN, controlled by China (and Russia), that has been advocating the above, even a schoolboy can see the correctness of my point.
The pseudo-moralists, one of the characteristics of which is to put up their "flattering" and "beautiful" statements, are the real war criminals.
They are the real sinners.
As far as I have seen, Greta and those who make their living in the world media have been using her, Naomi Trauden, and those who make their living in the Japanese media who have been using her are the real war criminals.
The emphasis in the text other than the headline is mine.
The Weakest Biden's Decarbonization Fundamentalism That Made Putin Pull the Trigger
The following is a continuation of the previous chapter.
A Change from an Energy Exporting Country
As mentioned earlier, the U.S. in the Trump era achieved energy independence and even became an exporter, but turned into an importer due to the Biden administration's pandering to decarbonization fundamentalism.
On March 8, Biden announced a ban on oil and natural gas imports from Mouthasia. At that time, he tweeted.
'Today's decision will not come without costs, here and domestically. Putin's war is already hurting American families in the form of higher gasoline prices. This decision to ban it will raise costs even more. Therefore, I will do everything to minimize Putin price increases in our country."
It is a characteristically masterful statement by Biden, a "pure demagogue" on many levels.
Naturally, conservatives were all at once critical.
Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, one of the Republican candidates for president-elect, said this way.
'Make no mistake. Biden's anti-energy policies hurt our wallets even before Putin's war started. Unless we take the leash off the American energy industry, we will be forced to pay higher prices at the pumps.'
Senator Marco Rubio, another leading Republican presidential candidate, tweeted.
"Biden knows what he needs to do to bring down gas prices. But to do that, he has to fight the far left."
However, Biden is unable to do so, he says.
U.S. Money Used for Aggression
Following the tightening of regulations since the start of the Biden administration, oil and natural gas production in the U.S. has decreased significantly compared to the Trump era.
Based on this state of affairs, the only way to keep gasoline and electricity prices from soaring to some extent is to make up for the reduction in domestic production with imports.
Therefore, Biden America was purchasing 670,000 barrels per day of Russian natural gas at the most. Even at the embargo announcement, it was still purchasing about 200,000 barrels per day.
The money paid by the U.S. side was also used to pay for Putin's invasion of Ukraine, which made the U.S. believe that it could not impose energy sanctions on Russia.
The Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline linking Russia and Germany moves toward full-scale operation after the Biden administration removed it from the sanctions list and tacitly approved it.
As a result, Germany's energy dependence on Russia has increased, leading Putin to call for the U.S.-led NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) and Germany-led The European Union (EU) may have made them overconfident that they could no longer have gone against his will.
The Biden administration pledged to compensate for the decline in fossil fuel use by expanding the use of renewable energy. Still, some on the left in the administration have opposed the mining of rare metals and rare piles of earth, which are necessary for storage batteries and solar power generation equipment, because such mining would cause environmental destruction.
The situation has reached a point where the company cannot decide.
The Biden administration has also accused the oil and natural gas industry of being immoral, spreading carbon emissions to make money, and has called for an emergency evacuation to increase production in anticipation of elections, but this is too selfish for the companies. Here, too, some of the left-wing members of the administration are swaying environmental regulations such as not allowing the use of diesel vehicles when transporting materials and equipment, creating a situation in which new excavation cannot be started.
It is genuinely blocked in every direction.
With no leadership at the top, the conflict between conservatives and progressives and internal conflicts within the left-wing will probably continue to keep things from moving in the future.
Criminal Regime Behind Criticism of Russia
With the domestic fossil fuel industry reluctant to increase production, the Biden administration encourages Iran, a dictatorial terrorist nation, and Venezuela, which is on an anti-U.S. and pro-China/Russia path, to increase oil production and exports.
In a televised speech on March 2, Venezuelan President Maduro said, "We reject sanctions against Russia. We will maintain our trade relations with Russia and are ready to sell them whatever they need.
Venezuela also voted against the UN General Assembly's resolution to withdraw Russian troops. Under that Maduro administration, Biden sent a senior National Security Council (NSC) official on a government plane to negotiate oil procurement. That would be unscrupulous by anyone's standards.
After criticizing Senator Rubio for the folly of giving money to another corrupt and criminal regime to cover up a Russia-related failure, he states.
"A barrel of oil from Iran, Venezuela, or the United States has exactly the same impact on climate change. The only difference is who gets the jobs and money from it. Immediately, increase oil production in the U.S." (March 8)
Iran, a theocratic dictatorship, has become the most significant destabilizing factor in the Middle East with its secret development of nuclear weapons and its support for terrorist forces under its control.
The Biden administration's aggressive push to help Iran expand its oil exports and obtain financing has naturally drawn intense criticism from Rubio and opposition Republicans.
Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, also one of the Republican presidential candidates, tweeted the following.
"The President wants to allow the world to buy oil from another bloodthirsty dictator, Iran's Khamenei. He has negotiated and finalized a deal with Russian leaders. Incredibly, from that Russia, we are still buying oil. We have American oil. Use it. Are you an idiot?"(March 5)
Biden also offered to meet with Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), both major oil producers in the pro-U.S. group of nations, for a summit to increase production, but both have turned him down.
The Biden administration has removed the Iranian armed organization Fushi faction, which continues to fight with both countries, from being designated as a terrorist group and the opposition to what it is now while waving the anti-carbon flag internationally, treating oil-producing countries as bad guys.
It is said that he once again showed discomfort.
