中国共産党は建国百年の年までに、人類運命共同体である地球の盟主として世界の諸民族の中にそびえ立つことを目指している。
中華民族の偉大なる復興を切望する彼らは武漢ウイルスという禍禍しいものは中華世界の産物であってはならないと固く信じている。
禍禍しさや非難されるべき事柄は中国以外の野蛮国の問題であるべきで、中国とは無関係でなければならないと考える。　
たとえば戦時においては中国軍こそ住民を虐殺したが、そのような蛮行は全て日本軍によるものでなければならないと考え、彼らは歴史を捏造した。
同様に彼らは、いまウイルス禍は米国由来でなければならないと決めているのであろう。　
世界の盟主たる中国はむしろ武漢ウイルスを賢く克服したモデル国であり、世界のリーダーたる資格は米国ではなく中国にあると思いを定めているのである。　
そこで俄かに浮上したのが中国の強力な武器としての医薬品である。
先の新華社の社説はこうも主張した。
「中国は医薬品の輸出規制をすることも可能だ。その場合、米国はコロナウイルスの大海に沈むだろう」　
鮮やかな記憶が蘇る。レアアースだ。
尖閣諸島の海で中国船が海上保安庁の船に体当たりし、中国人船長らの身柄を日本側が確保したとき、中国は日本に対するレアアースの輸出制限に踏み切った。
今回はレアアースの代わりに医薬品だ。　
中国の国営メディアの右の発信は中国政府の意思表示そのものである。
３月11日、フロリダ州選出の共和党上院議員マルコ・ルビオ氏が「ＦＯＸＮＥＷＳ」で警戒心もあらわに語ったのは当然であろう。
ルビオ氏は率直に述べている。
「中国は医薬品供給を断つと言って米国を恫喝できる。その場合、我々が彼らと戦うことは非常に難しくなる」　
実情を見ると、ルビオ氏の発言は米国の置かれた苦しい立場を表現したものといえる。
中国はまさに世界の医薬品生産の主力にのし上がって久しいのである。
医薬品の研究・開発においては米国が世界のトップ水準を保っているが、製薬業の主体を担う力はすでに中国に移っている。
たとえば中国の医薬品市場は2017年に1230億㌦（約13兆5000億円）規模だったが、22年までに1750億㌦（約19兆3000億円）規模に成長すると見られている。　
他方、米国における薬の製造は下降線を辿る一方だ。
多くの人の命を救ったペニシリンは米国が製造した最後の主要な医薬品となった。
それ以降、米国は抗生物質の80～90％、鎮痛・解熱剤の70％、血栓症防止薬としてのヘパリンの40％などを中国に依存してきた。　
米国の消費者向け医薬品の主要成分の80％以上が主に中国からの輸入品だとする統計もある。
諸国民の命を左右　
このような状況下では、中国は特定の医薬品輸出を止めたり、逆に加速したりすることで、相手国に甚大な被害を与えることが出来る。
人命に関わるだけに、レアアースよりも切実な影響を及ぼすだろう。
それだけ中国の立場は有利になるということでもある。　
米中貿易戦争の中で焦点のひとつとなったのが強力な鎮痛薬、合成オピオイドのフェンタニルだった。効果はモルヒネの１００倍とも言われる。
米国の疾病予防センター（CＤC）の発表では17年の米国の薬物過剰摂取による死者は７万人余り、内２万8000人余りがフェンタニルが原因だった。
こうした事態を受けて、17年10月、トランプ大統領はフェンタニルをはじめとする鎮痛剤の不正利用の蔓延を防ぐべく、非常事態を宣言した。
18年12月、トランプ氏がアルゼンチンにおける習近平氏との首脳会談で、フェンタニルの対米輸出を取り締まるよう強く要請したのには十分な理由があったのだ。　
だが、トランプ氏が要請しても、中国からのフェンタニルの対米輸出がすぐに減少したわけではない。中国の科学技術部が、フェンタニルを米国に輸出する企業に助成金を支払い続けていた事実も報道された。　
19年４月になって中国の公安部、国家衛生健康委員会はようやく、フェンタニルの規制を翌月１日から実施すると発表した。
但し、中国側は「米国におけるフェンタニル類物質の主要流入元は中国ではない」との主張を最後まで取り下げなかった。　
中国は、世界の生産量の圧倒的シェアを握るマスクなどを救援物資として与えて、諸国から賛辞を受けている。
しかし、武漢ウイルスで表面化したサプライチェーン問題は、中国が世界の医薬品をコントロールし、わずかな戦略の変更で諸国の国民の命を左右する力を手にした事実も明らかにした。

以下は週刊新潮の掉尾を高山正之と並んで飾っている櫻井よしこさんの連載コラムからである。
今週号に掲載された、この論文も、彼女が最澄が定義した「国宝」であることを如実に証明している。
本稿は、特に、これ以上無いほどに無知で愚かなインドネシア国民に届ける。
医薬品で世界を支配する中国
世界中が武漢ウイルスの襲来で右往左往する中でじっと目を凝らし、この混乱を如何に利用するか、世界を舞台にしたグランドチェスゲームを考えている国がある。
他ならぬ中国だ。　
彼らは武漢ウイルスへの初期対応を誤り、中国全土のみならず世界全体にウイルスを拡散させた張本人だ。
その結果、３月２４日現在、世界の感染者は37万4921人、死者は１万6381人に上る。
経済はどの国もどの業種も史上最大の下げ幅や落ち込みに苦しんでいる。　
中国は全世界にまさに疫病をもたらしたのである。
もし、日本が感染源であるとしたら、日本政府も日本国民も、心からのお詫びを全世界に発信していたことだろう。　
ところが中国は正反対だ。
中国政府の代弁メディアである新華社は３月４日、社説でこう主張した。
「我々には、米国は中国に謝罪し、世界は中国に感謝すべきだと言う権利がある」　
周知のように彼らは武漢発のウイルスが恰も米国発であるかのように情報操作中だ。
余りに白々しい嘘に、嘘をついてはならないと教育されて育った日本人はどう反応してよいか分からず、笑って、次に深く嘆息する。　
中国の企みを軽くとらえてはならない。
彼らが如何に熱心に、かつ執拗に事実の書き換えを行うか。
その結果、一かけらの真実も含んでいなかった虚偽が事実と認定されてきた。
この種の中国の捏造に散々苦しめられてきたのが、私たち日本人である。
「南京大虐殺」も「慰安婦性奴隷」も中国に捏造されてきた。
捏造は世界に拡散され、それを信ずる一定の国際世論が形成されてしまった。
当初、日本人は余りに見え透いた嘘であるから、時間の経過と共に忘れ去られると考えたが、事実は正反対となった。　
従って、今回も武漢ウイルスの発生由来の書き換えを断じて許してはならないのである。
そのために私はＣＯＶＩＤ－19などという紛らわしい呼称ではなく、このウイルスを武漢ウイルスと呼んでいる。
