以下は今日の産経新聞５ページに掲載されている東京裁判史観克服の「遺言」と題した、阿比留瑠比の連載コラム極言御免からである。

東京都世田谷区の国士舘大で今月２日、占領下で連合国が行った極東国際軍事裁判（東京裁判）が日本人の精神に及ぼした影響を考える「第２回『東京裁判』シンポジウム」が開催された。

筆者も参加したこのシンポで、司会者と報告者を兼務していた篠原敏雄国士舘大教授が、わずか１週間後の９日にがんで亡くなっていたと知った。　　

命削る覚悟で訴え　　

「学界では1960年代までは東京裁判肯定論、すなわち戦前の日本は侵略と残虐行為を重ねたという見方が主流だった」　　

「いまだに戦前の日本は、残虐な国家だと言い募るメディアもある」

シンポでこう訴えた篠原氏の顔色は朝から尋常なものではなく、何らかの病を得たのは明らかだった。

昼の休憩を挟んで７時間にもわたったシンボの最後には顔色はさらに悪化していたが、口元には笑みをたたえていたのが印象的だった。　

夜の立食懇親会の場でも、言葉少なく好きなビールもほとんど飲んでいなかった。

ただ、端から様子をうかがうと、どこか晴れ晴れとした表情にも見えた。　

周囲がいぶかり、体調を気遣っても、篠原氏はただ「大丈夫、大丈夫」とだけ答えて病状を明かさなかったという。

今にして思えば、命を削る覚悟でシンホに臨んでいたのだろう。　

筆者はつい10月５日にも、篠原氏から同日付の拙記事「前原さん、ありがとう」に関する感想メールをもらっていた。

そこには、記事と篠原氏の著書『市民法学の輪郭』とは「同一の分析視角と観じました」と書かれており、その１ヵ月余り後に不帰の客となるとは想像もできなかった。

「攻撃が成功して被害が生じた事例もあり、警戒が必要だ」とした。

攻撃手法は、メールの添付ファイルにウイルスを仕込み、開封するとシステムが感染するなど多種多様という。

同社は今年１月ごろ、科学関連予算の相談を装うウイルスメールが日本の官公庁に届いたことを確認している。　

中国政府がハッカー集団を支援しているとの根拠について、ファイア・アイがＡＰＴ１０を約８年間観察した結果、「高度な攻撃を執拗に一貫して続けており、国家の支援なしでは不可能と判断した」と説明。

成功すれば国益につながる攻撃を繰り返している状況も分析し、中国政府の関与を断定したという。　

ウェルズモア氏は、中国が今年から攻撃を強化している理由について「不明」とした上で、「他国の情報を収集しろという国家の要求が高まっているのだろう」と推察した。　

中国は、「諜報活動などを目的としたサイバー攻撃で世界をリード」　（ウェルズモア氏）している。
