The above quotation is one of Einstein’s quotes.

教育の核心を簡単に表している。

It expressed the core of education.

偶に、凄く賢く知性的に見える人に出会う時がある。

Rarely, there is a moment when meet people

-who look very smart and intelligent.

知性的な人は落ち着いているように見えて、

Intelligent people seem to calm,

話すと深いところまで付き合ってくれる。

-can dig into deep when talk with.

返答の仕方も具体的で、使う語彙も豊かである。

The way to reply is concrete, and using vocabulary is also enriched.

クラシック音楽を聴いている時に似た感じを受けられる。

From them can take feeling that the similar feeling when listening to classic music.

また、空気を読めるというか、

Also, like an ability that can read the circumstance,

反応が目立たず、妙に周りと溶け込んで

-their reaction is natural, magically blended with surroundings,

その人がいることで皆が一つの輪になれる。

-their existences make everyone can get into the circle.

反面、知性的に見せかけようとする人にも出会う時がある。

返答は決まり切った文句が多く、

Their replies are mostly copy cats,

おおざっぱで, 問いに具体的に答えることができない。

-can’t give specific answers for the question because of pointless.

使える語彙も限られていて、次に何を言うか予測できてしまう。

Their using vocabulary is limited, so can predict what they say next.

空気も読めず、周りがどんなで状況であろうが構いなく

They can’t read what is happening,

-no matter what kinds of circumstances they are in

自分の意見を言って注目を浴びる。

-say their own opinions and draw attention.

その人がいると皆が世間話をして暇つぶしのような時間になってしまう。

These kind people produce waste time and ended up talking about gossip.

これらの二つのタイプが本当の教育の結果ではないかと思う。

I think these two types are might be the real meaning of education.

坐禅をやっている人は落ち着いているように見える。

People who doing zazen seem to be calm.

なんか分かっていてもあえて話さないような感じも受ける。

They look like knowing something but don’t talk about it yet.

坐禅は自分を教育させる自分の学校かもしれない。

Zazen maybe the school that can educate the self.
